Worship is reserved for God alone. People worship Christ in the New Covenant.
Jesus did not reject this worship, never corrected it. But did rebuke and correct Satan about worship.
The hint is that Christ the Son, is God come in the flesh.
All those chosen and close to Christ or who had received His mercy, worshipped Christ the Lord, Christ never rejected or corrected their worship of Himself. Even in His childhood they worshipped Him, and they had the favor of God.
Some examples.
