Well I guess what Wrangler means by me not having the Spirit is, I'm not being led by God.
By his understanding of scripture I can say the same about him
All I want is to prove or disprove folks beliefs. Whether they are Bible or doctrines of men.
That's all I'm here for. I'm not interested in philosophical discussions. But I do get into philosophy with atheists since the do not recognize the Bible as Truth.

Others have their opinions, so what?....you can always ask them to clarify instead of guessing? yet ultimately what you assume is right you conclude is beyond questioning?
I dont like to assume anything about others.
I really dont care what Wrangler thinks as far as whether I have the Spirit.
So, I not interested in asking him.
You can ask him if you want.
I dont know where you get the idea I think I'm beyond being questioned?
I would hope when I teach everyone would spend time reading the whole chapters of verses I quote.
It greatly helps prove I'm not taking verses out of context.
You know I love you right? I even love Wrangler! That's why I'm trying to show him he does not rightly divide Gods word.
If I'm proved wrong, HALLELUJAH!!!! I want to know Gods will. I only desire truth not personal ego stroking.
I would wonder what's wrong with someone who taught on here but did not believe what they taught was the truth. Wouldn't you?

Truth? Jesus defined truth, 'I am the the way, the truth and the life. John 1 further defines it.
Believing something that one defines as truth does not make it truth.
We are given good cause for reflection regarding the implications of Jesus' statement. If it is true, and I believe it is, it makes redundant many of the claims men make about what constitutes 'truth'.

The Bible is of no private interpretation,

It's good to hear you believe Jesus cannot be wrong about anything He taught.
That includes Mark 16:15-16 that so many who claim to be followers of Christ deny His teaching
- Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature;
he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved but he that believeth not shall be damned.
I believe every word of God is truth!!!

Not exactly sure what you mean.
I believe all the Bible is Inspired of God.
I believe the words in red letter have done more harm to peoples thinking on what is Gods revelation to mankind than being of benefit.
If we take all mens interpretation out of the Bible.
Just put the Bible on a deserted island.
The Bible is perfect, complete, without error and is Gods word from Genesis to Revelation.
But I'm not saying there are men and women who do not know the truth and teach the truth.
God gave us His word so that we can know Him and His will for us.
So, there are men who are capable of teaching exactly what God is speaking to us.
I would be a pessimist if I thought no one could rightly divide Gods word.
I'll tell you a wonderful man who I've never thought he has taught error with Gods word.
On this website he goes by the name Earnest T. Bass.
Of course I haven't read every single post by him.
But I've read enough to be confident in him as a man who has the truth.
John 4:23-24,
- but the hour cometh and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship him
- God is Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth
John 17:17,
- Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth

Actually there have been several species of animals in South America that have been observed resting from sundown on Friday to sunset on Saturday. One is some kind of bee and the other is a primate, I think. It's been a while since I heard about it and I should have looked into it more. I might be able to find whatever evidence there is but I'm sure it wouldn't be 'peer-reviewed' or anything like that. I have also heard that some herd animals in Northern Africa exhibit some inclinations to slow down on Sabbath, probably due to some epigenetic patterns left over from when Palestinian Jews and Ethiopians were more universally Sabbath-oriented.

I really have to scratch my head at the way some folks make rightly dividing the Word a matter of one-upmanship. Actually, a less savory name for it comes to mind, but I'm not going there (at least, not any closer than I already have ;)).

Because it is a personal attack on my character.
It proves nothing with regard to the Bible.

The Gospel is also known as the everlasting Gospel. It includes 'the Lamb slain before the foundation of the World' If this is the case, how can The Gospel be about man's response aka 'believing in him'? if it is everlasting, ie always been.....meaning, it was around before the creation of the World.....before men believed?

The trigger for replacement Theologians seems to be the Sabbath. And the ten commands.
"They're Jewish! Are we Jews? No!"
Yet, then we encounter that argument that continues from there. Invoking Jesus teaching,through Paul that we are all one in Christ. No male or female, Jew or Greek, identities divide us anymore.
OK.
Jesus said he, God, made the Sabbath for man, not a gender category but a human category. God made the Sabbath for people. Not people for the Sabbath.
This tells those who reason and let God teach them in context, that the Sabbath, when we are all one people in Christ remains as that day of rest God, Jesus, made for people.
And we know Jesus exampled the Sabbath in practice, he "worked",healing people. Much to the outrage of the legalist Pharisees, who wanted to punish he and his disciples, students, for that.
Jesus as we know reiterated most of the commands of God, often called the laws of Moses. They were not Moses' laws
Moses delivered the Mitzvah. God is their author.
Then Jesus said, there are two laws upon which the laws of God,the decalogue, the 10 commands of God, hang.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and mind. We know which of the ten fit that description. And love your neighbor as yourself. Which covers the balance of the 10.
Therefore, as you and I and others know, the 10 commands still live in the New Covenant.:)
You know neither of us will ever lead those opposed to that truth. Only God's Holy Spirit opens the natural mind of "man",humans, to understand his teachings.
The carnal human ego tends toward dominion and control. False teachings are evidence I think of natural minds of "man", thinking they can carve out a doctrine from reading scripture so to insist they know what God means to say.
For me, the moment that effort appears is when the doctrine teaches that God contradicts himself.
As in the replacement argument that insists Christians don't follow Jewish teachings.
Jesus was a Jew. Shhhhhh, don't tell them.

None of what you write is true. You are not grateful but sarcastic. I did not take what you said out of context but quoted you exactly. It's just that you don't like where your Spirit leads you, to say foolish things like you don't care.
I know. I know. Yes, it is what you said but not what you meant. This reveals a profound lack of responsibility. You want to burden others to "understand" you are offended that your pontifications were challenged - which automatically makes the challenger a poopy head. Although I am an image bearer of the God you claim to love, you repeatedly proclaim your lack of love for me by saying you don't care. (Yes, yes, you did come out and say you love "even" Wrangler but that rings as false as everything else you write).
Not having the Spirit is not an attack but an attribute. Why in the world would one take having brown eyes - and someone observing they have brown eyes - be deemed an attack? EGO. IF you had the Spirit you would not have the character you do of being angry and self-deceptive in every post.
Regarding proving things regarding the Bible; because of your unwillingness to answer questions about the Bible, the subject has become YOU and not the Bible. Your pontification of supposed knowledge is revealed to be the fraud it is by your refusal to answer questions. It reveals you cannot handle scrutiny and tacit admission that your ideas cannot be defended - and a part of you knows it.
It's the most obvious thing in the world. People don't defend ideas that cannot be defended. Because of their EGO's, they hold to what is wrong by doing wrong and arguing wrong, invoking all kinds of logical fallacies. In vogue in today's feminized society is being offended, attacking the other person AS IF there is any relationship to how horrible the other person is (me) to the correctness of your ideas. Rather than humble yourself, you double down again and write angrily.
