Totally correct. Which is why the (allegorical) story of Adam and Eve is so eye-opening. God tried to keep knowledge from them, denied them access to knowledge. He wanted them ignorant and effectively kept as goldfish in a bowl. When they succumbed to their natural desire to learn and get more knowledge and ate from the tree, god punished them severely. That's a pretty poor situation. People should really think through what really happened in that story.

I don't think that is what the story is trying to communicate. I think God was warning Adam not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil at that time because he knew about what the serpent was going to do. God was not keeping Adam or Eve from anything in the garden.

The universe is knowledge. It's all out there to be discovered and learned and it is our natural desire to expand our knowledge. Only a dictator and tyrant would seek to prevent humans from gaining more knowledge.

It's was only the knowledge of good and evil. How is knowing good and evil going to explain to us the inner workings of the universe. In the story of Genesis God said to Adam there were are other trees in the garden he could eat from (knowledge food) Notice how most of what people talk about are based on what they believe to be good or bad(evil)

This tree of knowledge contained both good and evil.
And when they knew what they had done, they hid themselves.
They stole what didn't belong to them. They had it all except this one thing. Knowledge of evil.

Bacon isn't evil but if you don't cook it properly it can poison you.
Lots of health reasons for the dietary laws, such as shellfish can cause gout which is extremely painful and can lead to amputation more in men than in women.
Not all crickets are created equal and some bugs are poisonous, that's why we are told not to eat creeping things.

They say the reason for its popularity is bugs emit less harmful gas than mainstream farm animals. They consume fewer resources than livestock. And as water becomes scarce (according to them), insects need less water.

This is as they destroy 30% of farming in Europe, Canada, and – soon – the USA.

The UN’s Agenda 2030 will cut 30% of land from farm production.

Biden’s 30×30 conservation plan cuts farming, grazing and logging by 30% by 2030. It is the WEF’s goal. It’s the UN’s goal as they move to global feudalism.

We’ll end up eating bugs because they are destroying our food supply.
