Hi there GodsGrace
Simply put a fake sin is a sin that somebody came up with that is not in the Bible....more specifically not in the New Testament.
Exactly. Many super Christians are doing the same thing as the Pharisees of Jesus' day, so that He would still be accused of violating His own law.
Which includes preaching the law of Moses for that of Christ, such as Sabbath days kept as by law.
All Scripture is still true and profitable for use, but not all Scripture is law, and not all old law of Moses is law of Christ.
This topic is easier than most.....it is clearly in the Bible or it is not.
Exactly again. It's as simple as reading it on paper or not. The thing about the law that many believers don't understand, is that it is only law, if it is written letter by letter as such.
There is also a clear dividing line in Scripture between that of Moses, and the law of Christ: Every Scripture
after Jesus' resurrection begins revealing His law and doctrine and commandments given to His chosen apostles, to write down as Scripture for His church to obey.
Jesus' did not begin to build His church, until after His resurrection, and so also His law and doctrine for the church.
I want them to either look it up or prove me wrong. Love a Challenge.
I'm game. I was a holiness pentecost, that preached this stuff to the letter. Anyone not holding to it, was a 'compromiser' and of the world and unsaved.

1. Nudity
in public is sinning, including overdoing it:
In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array.
2. Men with long hair like a woman, and women with men's haircuts is a shame and dishonor's the Headship of Christ:
For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?
But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.
The one thing God wants to see making difference between men and women, is the length of the hair. Although clothing styles change, so that women with pants is now the norm, it is still nature itself ruled by God, that a long haired man is womanish, and a short haired women is butch.
All Scripture makes perfect natural sense and so is utterly practical: the admonishment for the long hair of women is public only, especially in ministry. If a woman loses her hair, she can always wear a wig in public. But for any man to have long hair like a woman, he shames himself like a girly-guy.
If anyone doubts this, just ask a little child, that has yet to learn how to be 'polite', or a liberal that has learned how to be 'tolerant'.
And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. And they had hair as the hair of women.
Scripture shows that men having the hair of women, is known by
it's length. Not whether it's curly, red, straight, etc...
The holy grail of the holiness pentecosts, is that women shouldn't cut their hair
at all. Scripture does not say cutting the hair at all is dishonorable, but God only wants to see that it is distinctively long, while the man's hair is plainly short: the dividing line is whether the hair covers the head or not. Honest Christians can judge that borderline for themselves.
The rest of the list is simply guided by soberminded moderation. All things in life are clean and good, until lust perverts them:
Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
People fully clothed at the beach, are just as out of place as bikinis in a mall.
Here's a few more:
1. Sabbath keeping by law
2. No shorts for men, nor t-shirts without collar and pocket.
2. No jewelry for anyone, other than wedding and class rings.
A hallmark of men's commandments, is that they must make practical exceptions to live in this world.
Just like with the Pharisees of old, their made-up gnats were even more impossible to keep than the law of Moses itself. And in the end, their traditional rules were more important than the law and doctrine of God.
Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.
Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.
It's all about power of the sheep:
And I profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.
Not for that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your
for by faith ye stand.
