I spent it in a pool with three four year olds on my back at the same time while I swam under water and was a bucking bronco. They loved it. I'm strong in the water. But I can't get out of the pool by myself!

You should hear the groans when I have lift my backside out of the tub with one arm. But that's less to do with age than with being 20 lbs short of an elephant these days.
