A woman took her two dogs for a walk and was struck by lightning. Her and her two dogs were all killed. In her car they found a fresh cup of coffee and a bible and rosary.

Yes sirree! that is like an unemployed man saying God will provide, but don't ask me to look for work!

My Aunt had a picture I loved. It showed a lake with a row boat in teh middle, Dark clouds were on the horizon and a quote saying, "Trust in god, but row towards shore!"

Reminds me of the story my ex-wife used to tell me:

There was a man on top of his roof in a flood. Men came by in the boat and asked if he wanted help. He replied "God will save me". Two more boats came by and the same thing. Later he drowned and when he got to heaven asked God why he didn't save him. God replied: "I sent three boats".

That is so sad my friend . If only she had just had a bible . I fear heavily for those who are infected with ROME .
I cant promise a good end for those . At least if it had said she had a bible in her car i would have at least felt a bit better .
All we can do is point to CHRIST and stay glued in those bibles and ensure we follow that CHRIST and not another jesus that man has preached unto us .

I cant promise a good end for those . At least if it had said she had a bible in her car i would have at least felt a bit better .

Yeah I wondered about that which is odd for me to think about. But I've heard of bad things happening to good people in every church I've been to. So I'm not sure church has anything to do with it. But man, how unlucky can you get? Lightning is a fine point bullet from the sky and it's rare enough that chances of getting struck by lightning are 1 in one million and 90% of people that get struck survive. This one got the dogs too.

Yes it's easy to draw conclusions and many people get caught up in that without any real facts or evidence. I see people draw false conclusions all the time.

Amigo is just trying to steer me from watching daily Catholic Mass. But I will still catch daily Mass whether he likes it or not. Not that I'm Catholic. I just like to catch some scripture everyday from the internet there.

Actually, the new angel assigned to lightning strikes by St Peter, was aiming for the dog on the left. He got all three. I understand he's on administrative leave until he goes through more live fire training.
