Once Saved, How is a Believer to live? You FINISH your Walk Of Faith the SAME WAY that you started it—- “ The Righteous shall * LIVE BY FAITH* .....I got Saved by Believing in a Promise Of God
Behold says continuing in the same believing you started out in is you trying to save yourself in a works gospel. But don't worry. I don't think he'll call you, his fellow heretic, out, lol.

Perhaps because Jesus said—“ I will NEVER leave you or forsake you”.... I suppose Jesus is a Liar , isn’t he?

As I’ve said before—-“ It’s like shooting fish in a barrel” with you guys....
The author of Hebrews is quoting scripture. I challenge you to post in it's entirely the chapter where the verse you quoted comes from in the OT. I'll help you out, it's Deuteronomy 31. Go ahead post it then we'll see that quote in context and see how accurate your shooting is.

Not everybody can be a narcissist know-it-all like you. I defer to your arrogance.

Thanks! You failed to “turn the other cheek! Hurry up and REPENT of that Sin! You could die of a sudden heart- arrack at any moment and be cast into the Flames Of Hell ! Cant have any of those “ Unrepented Sins” on our record when we die now, can we? Btw....to make things worse, that sure liked a “ WILLFUL SIN” to me ! I thought you and your Deluded Crowd never did things like that, seeing how “ righteous” you are......Pffftttt.....thanks for showing your True Colors—- you are no better than me or anybody else—- just a Wretched Sinner who needs tons of the Grace that you Reject and I bask in....I am not Stupid enough to try to abuse it, but I am Wise enough to know it’s Value....for Salvation , it is EVERYTHING! Hence, the Value I put on it..while Your Ilk values your Performances , aka, your “ Filthy Rags”....
( Have you Repented yet? Time’s a- wastin’ ! )

Yes, the one who believes, not the ex-believer who does not believe, as you and Behold have been claiming.

It appears that we are just going around in circles...I think that just one moment of True Faith gets you qualified for the Promise Of Jesus that says you are “ ALREADY” Saved and can “ NEVER “ come under Condemnation—- you think one must Constantly be in that state Of having that aforementioned “ true Faith”....we disagree...Newbies out there, which is all that I am really concerned with in these Forums , have seen both sides of the debate....
Now they can decide....I’m done with it...( at least until maybe next week , lol)

It was a lot of reading—— talk to me like a five year old— explain to me the point that you are trying to make.....I’m pretty sure I know it, but I’d like to be sure....thanks...

@BloodBought 1953 is quite the spectacle to behold.

A perfect example of what kind of people the doctrine of Once Saved Always Saved creates…

People that Know me always say that I am extremely kind and forgiving and Full Of Joy.....These positive traits are just the By-Products Of RESTING in the Gospel Of Grace—- RESTING in the Finished Work Of The Cross .....YOU can Work, and I will REST and get all of the “ goodies” that go along with that .....

People that *FIND* THEMSELVES “ DOING” all these things that you Religionists Worry about and We are “ DOING IT” without even Trying

My Types Do more “ good works” by not worrying about it— by ACCIDENT—- than your group does by gritting your teeth and forcing yourself to do things that you do don't really “ WANT” to do....
You do it to keep yourself from going to Hell....when you get a New Heart, like I did, You do good things because you Want to....It just comes Natural —- like just about everything that the Holy Spirit plays a part in....If you lack that Spirit, it's like trying to explain color to a blind man....

Boy, you are way off the mark in your assessment of my walk in the faith.

Waaay off.

Let me explain that verse in context.

"if we go on willfully REJECTING CHRIST">....then how can the blood of Jesus, ever forgive our sin.

A.) It can't

There is your "WILLFULLY" sinning., and no born again person can do that, as they have already BELIEVED IN JESUS, and are born again, unlike those Christ Rejecting HEBREWS, in Hebrews 10, and Acts 28.

Do you sin on accident?....give us an example.
I don't think that happens too often.
Most sins require hands.
Some people have no control of what their hands do....but I think that is a severe mental disability.
And the word reject does not appear in Hebrews.
Have you ever considered writing your own Bible.
You are so off base on everything, it mighty be easier.

The condition for God not forsaking his people is that they not forsake him:

6Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

8The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

16And the Lord said to Moses: “You are going to rest with your ancestors, and these people will soon prostitute themselves to the foreign gods of the land they are entering. They will forsake me and break the covenant I made with them. 17And in that day I will become angry with them and forsake them...

Deuteronomy 31:6-17
So, every time you quote Deuteronomy 31:6 make sure you quote vs. 16 and 17 too.

That's because that's what the Bible plainly says.

I'm not getting involved in this one other than to say I see this as the primary problem. In most discussions and debates that take place on the forums there is a tendency of many to take a verse or two, lift them out of their context, and then use them to develop a doctrine. It's myopic, and it's why I think James warned that there should not be many teachers. Rightly dividing the truth is not a simplistic matter, and people take upon themselves a serious responsibility when they assume the role of teacher in the lives of others.

I am going to take this verse (as I do with many other verses):

“Thou shalt not steal” (Matthew 19:18)

And I am not going to steal.

I will also warn others not to steal quoting this verse.

So according to you I have taken this verse “out of context” and developed a doctrine out of one verse.

I guess stealing is okay…
