There is a lot of references to Asherah. interesting is the connection to a tree planted in the ground, especially with all the verses regarding tree. I’d never heard the name before. I have no idea why it is crossed through.

Her Symbol:
In Assyrian asirtu, which appears also under the forms asratu, esreti (plural) and asru, had the further signification of "sanctuary." Originally Asirtu, the wife of Asir, and asirtu, "sanctuary," seem to have had no connection with one another, but the identity in the pronunciation of the two words caused them to be identified in signification, and as the tree-trunk or cone of stone which symbolized Asherah was regarded as a Beth-el or "house of the deity," wherein the goddess was immanent, the word Asirtu, Asherah, came to denote the symbol of the goddess. The trunk of the tree was often provided with branches, and assumed the form of the tree of life. It was as a trunk, however, that it was forbidden to be erected by the side of "the altar of Yahweh" (Deuteronomy 16:21; see Judges 6:25,28,30; 2 Kings 23:6). Accordingly the symbol made for Asherah by his mother was "cut down" by Asa (1 Kings 15:13). So, too, we hear of Asherim or symbols of the goddess being set up on the high places under the shade of a green tree (Jeremiah 17:2; see 2 Kings 17:10). Manasseh introduced one into the temple at Jerusalem (2 Kings 21:3,7).

but all graces come to us thru Mary!

the throne of grace is Mary’s throne! Lk 1:28 full of grace!

that is not the throne of grace!
But God’s throne!

The kingdom doesn't end, but His reign as King does! It is the Fathers kingdom according ot the Word, and Jesus reigns for 1000 years! After he defeats death, He gives the kingdom back to the Father as it says above in 1 Cor. 15.
No. Definitely not and never was. She was an ordinary girl/woman chosen by God for an extraordinary purpose. Which fulfilled. She is not and never was God's mother. She is not all powerful or divine. Sadly many people are deceived by leaders who teach them differently.
I agree with you that God never had a mother. I am not sure if theefaith thinks she is divine, because he prays…”holy Mary mother of God, pray for us sinners….”.

Asking Mary to "pray for us sinners..." is delusional. Why would anyone pray to a dead woman instead of to God?

I used to as a Catholic.
They taught us to do that with extra Biblical literature, so we did it.
No wonder Martin Luther blew a fuse and announced "sola scriptura".

Your flawed theology says Mary is special because she is Jesus mother. Nonsense!
Mary was NOT Jesus’ mother. He existed long before Mary. She was merely the vehicle employed to produce His earthly tent, scheduled for destruction.
Mary did not create Jesus!
Jesus created Mary!

and pl. Asherim in Revised Version, instead of "grove" and "groves" of the Authorized Version. This was the name of a sensual Canaanitish goddess Astarte, the feminine of the Assyrian Ishtar. Its symbol was the stem of a tree deprived of its boughs, and rudely shaped into an image, and planted in the ground. Such religious symbols ("groves") are frequently alluded to in Scripture ( Exodus 34:13 ; Judges 6:25 ; 2 Kings 23:6 ; 1 Kings 16:33 , etc.). These images were also sometimes made of silver or of carved stone ( 2 Kings 21:7 ; "the graven image of Asherah,"

Oddly regarding Asherah
the threads mention of: Asherah the false goddess as the queen of heaven. (Do I understand that correctly). In all the above references there is a pole, the pole leads to Asherah and the bronze serpent on a pole. @bbyrd009 Nehushtan?
What Does 2 Kings 18:4 Mean? "He removed the high places, and brake the pillars, and cut down the Asherah: and he brake in pieces the brazen serpent that Moses had made; for unto those d."
