Perhaps not this one, they stand about Foot and a half high. And those beaks... Pocket? Nuh.
cutting that branch off so close to his bum would have me showing my claws also. :)I've been in Australia 5 years, first time I've seen one if these guys, y'all know what it is huh... But it ain't a bear...View attachment 21426
And bigger and just as cuddly as it looks in photos.
In my younger and keener years I would pick these guys up lying across the road and take them around to the local backpackers for the guests to get up close and personal to. Took a video to take in some of the longer pythons, but can't upload them. There this however...View attachment 21447
Wouldn't mind handling one so long as I knew it was friendly. In my younger and keener years I would pick these guys up lying across the road and take them around to the local backpackers for the guests to get up close and personal to. I picked a 3mtr whopper up one time and misjudged it. It swung around mouth open and onto my hand. These guys have rows of needle like teeth around their bite.....I tell you, it bled like nothing else; one who have thought I had cut an artery. Fortunately they are not poisonous and if there's going to be any complication it'll be from bacteria in their mouths from whatever else they've consumed......Ohhh, and getting them to uncoil from around ones arm is another trick.....it's as strong as a band of steel.
Sadly an entire generation is being raised to be stupid.
I'm sticking with my gasoline fueled cars, no electric for me.
