Shouting makes you look desperate.

Aw, you are so politically correct. That’s nice. I’m not a politician nor politically correct. Seems some people know what emphasis means and others .... are politically correct. LOL

I have read the scriptures that's why I know real believers can fall away and deny Jesus.

I have read the scriptures and know real believers can fall away and deny Jesus....So what?

Believers are not the topic...a person having received SALVATION is the Topic!

Why deviate? Try to stay on the topic.

if you hear the gospel and begin to follow, but not loose your life to God-- not give up your life to God-- not surrender-- not completely...it's just some good news you heard and didn't take wholeheartedly.
I was taught this throughout my entire childhood. It's what I like I like to call "righteousness by human sincerity" which is not at all like righteousness by faith and certainly provides no assurance of salvation.

Eternal security is largely a counterbalance to another false doctrine called eternal torment. Both are contrary to the very character of God. It is best to start from "God is love" when determining the validity of a Bible doctrine. :)

many come to church. and believe, it does not mean they were saved.
Seriously? You cannot truly believe and not receive salvation. It's impossible.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.

Good grief. What a lot of twisting scripture to avoid the thought that you might be able to be decieved and fall away. Why are people so afraid of the truth?

The TRUTH IS....A SAVED PERSON CANNOT BECOME UNSAVED.
The TRUTH IS....A SAVED PERSON IS NOT KEEPING HIMSELF SAVED.
The TRUTH IS....The Power of God “IN” the person Keeps the Person SAVED.

I have no FEAR of the TRUTH.
Your words are NOT TRUTH.

I agree it's God's power.
But, if you don't rely on God's power but your own work to keep you saved you will fall.

Half TRUTH.
Men who become Converted....BECOME SAV-ED THEN, BEFORE their physical death!

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved .

You don’t even comprehend what you quote.....
WILL BE SAVED....AFTER THEIR DEATH!

WILL BE SAVED....IS NOT...IS SAVED!

You can toss SALVATION YOU RECEIVED, in the trash?
Exactly.

"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;"

We see it All the time.

So now no one is saved until they die?

I am currently at this moment saved. It doesn't start at death, that's just a door into a different sort of existence.

So? What is your point?
People can abandon the faith?
People can have an unbelieving heart?
People believe for awhile and then fall away?

Does that APPLY TO YOU?

So? You describe an UN-SAVED person....
What does that have to do with a SAVED person...?
Why ascribe thoughts and ideas to @Renniks when all @Renniks did was quote Scripture? The verses do not describe a "saved" person. The Bible does not teach that being saved is a condition or state of being at all.

Wash your mouth out.

Nope, Bad advice.

My words...
Spiritual things do not make sense to Unsaved persons.

Scriptures words...
1 Cor 2:
[14] But the natural man (unsaved person) receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, (doesn’t make sense) because they are spiritually discerned

This is simply taking two unrelated passages and presupposing that they are directly related. It's like pairing together "Judas went out and hung himself" and "Go and do thou likewise." It is a basically flawed hermeneutic.
Thank you for stating your own belief that Christ has not finished it, that salvation is not in Him, and that He is not the End. But that is not what is written, nor is it the truth.
