Yeah, you're having some trouble with the whole thing. I get it.The discussion I was watching was about jackals and dragons.
Which scriptures should dragons be in and which ones are jackals?
And then we have Leviathan.
What are they trying to describe?
And why were they trying to slip in the word dragon in there? Mainly the KJV.
What is a dragon in the Old Testament?
What is a Leviathan in the Old Testament?
Keep in mind the word or understanding of dinosaur did not exist in the biblical era.
How much of it is about living animals and how much of it about connecting something to Satan and how much of it is symbiology?
I just wish I could help you find your grail. Least you could scratch that one off your list.
The Sabbath was first mentioned in Exodus 18 when the Israelites were still in the wilderness, before they ever even arrived at Mt. Sinai. God wanted to test them to see if they would keep His Sabbath Commandment and not gather manna on the Sabbath. 6 days they could gather and on the 7th, they were to rest. It's clear that the Sabbath Commandment had been given by God long before the 10 Commandments on stone tablets.
That's how we know for certain that they weren't given only to the Jews/Israelites. They were clearly given to all who would be called to God and to follow Jesus' example. It's a very sacred day and all who observe it are blessed immensely.
The Sabbath is for ALL Christians.

(Abraham Lincoln was neither Jewish nor SDA.)
