Exactly. Purgatory is a completely man-made idea not found in Holy Scripture ANYWHERE.

We are told Jesus is our Mediator--nobody else. We can go to Him directly.

@reformed1689 "He by Himself purged our sins" (Hebrews 1) shows that the purging of sins, properly understood, occurred entirely at the Cross; now a finished work, denoted by the fact that He sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

In response to theefaiths constant clamoring about his mother church, and you suggesting there is no mother church in scripture, I was pointing out that I believe there is, and it is theefaith's own church, in union with all other apostate sisters and daughters, those Protestant churches who after coming out of Babylon have returned to "mother". One can see this taking place, and got a big boost with the late Anglican bishop ? Palmer, who encouraged such as Copeland and numerous other pentecostal churches to denounce the reformation and claimed there to be no reason not to rejoin Rome. A great lie of course, unless you no longer accept Bible truth.

If an annulment was declared, the person could get remarried in the church.
An annulment means that the marriage never took place.

For if we follow a version of Jesus created by men , We will surely wail on the DAY of the LORD .
Let us learn the scriptures well and test all things that men do teach .

Your way of being a friend with Christ is not the only way.
There are persons that have never read the bible that are just as saved as you are.
There are persons that believe incorrect doctrine that are just as saved as you are.
