So is mine, I got up at 1:30am. Normally I like to get up at 6:30am, but I've been having migraines so I'm a little upside down right now.

Peppermint oil has medicinal uses for headaches, if that interests you.
Information on how to use is online....(and cautions about capsules mixing with other meds, etc)
I have grown and made peppermint oil myself, and given as gifts to a couple of family members that suffered with migraine headaches, and it works for them.

I'm OK, I had daily migraines for 3 years and now my brain is used to it. I don't feel much pain anymore. But I do get dizzy. I also have a lot of good things in my life that counteract the bad.

If you ever choose to use any essential oils, "without dilution, do not put directly on the skin." (Such as on the temples or forehead for migraine relief).
But you can put some in a small dish near where you sleep. I have a little ceramic ring, that fits over a table lamp, light bulb, and can add any essential oil to the ring, turn on the bulb, and the oil heats up, and emits a stronger scent into the space.
There is such a thing as "cluster headaches".
It falls into the catagory of "having a strong headache daily for weeks at a time".
I can't relate. I've only ever had a couple of headaches, due to overheating, and not sweating. Inner core just gets hotter and hotter...and so, now know to stop working, and immediately, intake cold fluids and very cool shower.
Some people get headaches, feeling right behind their eyes...a soothing method that helps relief ... is: a few minutes of deep lung breaths and saturating cotton balls in milk and placing them on the eyes, darkened, quiet space and literally thinking from toes to each body part to head of complete body relaxation ... mind over matter type thing.
* And if you have a partner that can do a complete body massage...head to toe...you have icing on the cake with a cherry on top!!

Headaches...are PRESSURE.
There is always an underlying CAUSE.
Tension, Stress, Worry, clogged arteries, Heat, etc.
If you make a record of When you have a headache, of what was happening THAT DAY "with you", you can discover the Pattern of CAUSE.
IMO...we may not always be able to "elevate" the CAUSE...(tension at work, or concerns about a particular situation, govt's doings, worry about paying bills etc.)....BUT....when we KNOW the cause...WE THEN know Exactly what to PRAY ABOUT...meaning what WE can't FIX (the situation)....God CAN set in our path a new door to open.
I am about, addressing effects with soothing solutions....but greater about overcoming the cause...and think that is Gods Offering to help us with that.

My twin is AWAKE... YEAH!!!!
My puzzle is 94.999999 % complete.... ETD ( Estimated Time of Doneness ).... Some time today!!!!!!!!!!!
and then it sits for 24 hours in all it's GLORY....before.... I rip it all up and put it back in the box. LOL
I have learned a new trick... and I love it... I put the border in a separate little baggie... then all I have to
do is sort the colours...
Rain forecast for today...and Autumn is definitely in the AIR.
