I didn't know much about the formation or break up of Yugoslavia.
I was in high school when all of that happened in the 90's.
One day i had friends that were Yugoslavian and the next day they hated each other and were Croatian or Serbian

In some cases yes. But there are records that while being burnt at the stake for the faith, while priests and nobles fed the flames and abused them, those burning would be singing hymns and praising God.

I will never tell.

There is a movie called 1984, pretty famous about Big Brother and the Dictatorship of all Eurasia..
At the end of the movie... always the bad guys look for the weak link..
this guy mantioned what his greatest fear was..
and they used it against him to coerce him.

I kind of listen better now than I used to , and take unsolicited advice when it passes my awareness.
Never let anyone know what it is they can use against you..
they will.

Paranoia is considered to be a mental disorder. But when the governments of the world are seriously out to "get" their citizens, that is something to be taken seriously today. Not paranoia. Being careful means that you do not vote for scoundrels. Which means that you forget about voting today. Election fraud is regarded as "normal".

I think its very much subjective... Being paranoid to one person is being careful to another...

Eg. Some people say that im being paranoid by not taking the experimental injection
I say im being careful

My doctor keeps trying to put me on blood pressure/blood thinner/cholesterol/ flu vax..
I say no, then I get flagged on my medical records as non-compliant.

The trick with dealing with medicine and medical these days is knowing your doctor and hospital. Investigate and find a good doctor before you need one. There is a lot more money in treating an issue than curing an issue. Doing a complete physical and arriving at the correct diagnosis and treatment takes time. Keep in mind that a doctor that finishes last in his class is still called a doctor. Exercise, follow the food pyramid, and take good multi-vitamins, Omega-3 Fish Oil, Osteo Bi Flex etc...
