My dad is 89 and in reasonable health ( he still lives on his own, has a girlfriend and can still get and about with a walking aide ) Yes, He did the pools but I honestly don’t know if he ever won anything. My husband use to do them when we were married…..just checked, they stopped when the National lottery was introduced in the 1990’s. Its unprecedented. We're afraid, i am anyway.
My dad has had the 1st AZ vax, my mum is skeptical but is being pressured by her doctor.
Im afraid to loose my family and friends to this.
Im afraid to be rejected by society.
God knows im afraid and He will give me strength

But i hope you understand the way i was using the term "forced" cos there is physical force and there is coercion, blackmail, threats and such.

I don't question the mainstream Aussie media about this topic either, ABC, 7 News, 9 News, 10 News, SBS news, they all get their information about the covid pandemic from health professionals and professional statisticians, in the covid press conferences they have the Premiers speaking, and they also have a top level highly experienced medical expert speaking (and these medical experts know what they are speaking about, they are highly qualified, and have trained for many many years, also have a lot of experience behind them.) You don't train a doctor 8-10 years for nothing.....

I rather get my information from them about a pandemic, then some Rebel News presenter that's only there to stir up police enforcing restrictions and encourage anti-maskers and anti-vaxers to protest and spread their massive lie about "covid being a hoax", when it's definitely not a hoax.

In my opinion, conservative media outlets should have never bought into the covid conspiracy theories, and this is why I can't take them seriously..... I can take them seriously on the issues on abortion and euthanasia. But covid-19???? No way, they can't be trusted on that topic...

Josho I am British ………and there is no proof that they do not spin things like every other news channel. As I said in my earlier post, when a corporation knows of and allows child abuse for decades there is something very wrong at its core ……I agree that the BBC is not perhaps majorly biased politically in a recent poll only 43% of people here trusted them………they have fed into all the negativity with figures, deaths throughout the lock down. We all know that the numbers of death was manipulated ……….but not one media outlet stood up to that fact, not even the BBC.
As you know I believe that covid is real, I believe it needs a solution,I have had my vaccine, but if asked is I trust the BBC , my answer would be ‘ not totally ‘ as I said when everything came out about Jimmy Saville the organisation went off my ‘in favour of ‘ list……….they are much bigger than just a news channel over here.
