Certain ideas about the "temple of God" phrase which Apostle Paul used in 2 Thessalonians 2:4 men's leaven doctrines have been trying to claim it means The Temple of The Spirit in Christ Jesus. That idea is false.

In Ephesians 2, Apostle Paul sealed the matter about The True Temple of The Spirit...

Eph 2:18-22
18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone;

21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

The "synagogue of Satan", Christ's greatest enemies here on earth, have planted a lie against Paul's meaning above about the "temple of God" in 2 Thess.2:4.

They falsely claim Paul's "temple of God" means that above Temple of The Spirit of Ephesians 2!

One of the reasons they use such a false idea is so they can try and make us think that a pope is that "man of sin" of 2 Thess.2:4 for the end, and that he sitting over The Temple of The Spirit, i.e., meaning Christ's Church!

Do you really believe brethren, that any man or angel could replace our Lord Jesus Christ as The Cornerstone of The Temple of The Spirit?

The Temple of The Spirit, of which Lord Jesus is The Cornerstone, cannot... be corrupted, not today, nor ever. That is impossible.

If a false one even claims he represents The Cornerstone of that Temple of The Spirit, we automatically know that is a false one trying to claim to be The Christ! That claim in no way affects Jesus as The True Cornerstone. What it does is places that man's soul in danger of the future "lake of fire", that man being 'cut off'.

This is how... we know that the "synagogue of Satan" is behind the planting of the LIE that Paul's "temple of God" is about The Temple of The Spirit in Christ's Kingdom. They do not understand about The Temple of The Spirit, with Christ as its Cornerstone, otherwise they would never claim that "temple of God" which Paul pointed to is about the Spiritual Temple. They would have known better than to think The Temple of The Spirit could ever be corrupted, IF they were true Christians.

Not everyone has the potential to become a temple of the Living God before they die. They have either been chosen to become a temple for God to dwell in or they have not. If they have been chosen, Christ will do all the necessary spiritual work to make it happen.

As for your comments on the empty house, it only applies to new believers after they have received the Early Rain of the Spirit.

Here is the scripture:

The spiritual symbol of an unclean spirit represents a spirit which teaches Satan's false truth through lies and deceptions.

Since a new believer remains spiritually blind (Mark 8:15-25) after receiving the Early Rain of the Spirit, they cannot replace their worldly false beliefs with the truth of Christ. ONE unclean spirit leaves but comes back with SEVEN more. The number "seven" represents perfection. In this case, the number seven represents the perfection of Satan's lies/deceptions which come to a believer by the indwelling of the spirit of anti-Christ. Now, instead of ONE unclean spirit within the believer, they now have EIGHT. The number eight is a spiritual symbol which represents a new spiritual condition. In this case, the new spiritual condition is worse than the first.

This "worse than the first" spiritual condition causes the believer to become a False Prophet, a Man of Sin, a Minister of Satan and a Seven Headed Beast with Ten Horns & Crowns.

Also, the temple which Paul is referencing in 2Thes 2:1-4 is the same temple that a new believer becomes after Christ gives a person the Early Rain of the Spirit.

1Cor 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Consider what the Parable of the Wheat and the Tares teaches. It teaches a portion of the same same message that Mat 12:43-45 teaches (which I quoted above).

The seed that Christ plants in a person (the field) is the Early Rain of the Holy Spirit. But since the Early Rain of the Spirit will leave the new believer spiritually blind, Satan will find the believer's house empty (void of God's truth). Satan will then plant his seed of the spirit of anti-Christ within the new believer "at night" (means the new believer's time of spiritual blindness). A spiritual war quickly develops within the believer between the Holy Spirit and the spirit of anti-Christ. The war will decide who will spiritually govern the person. This is how a new believer becomes apostate; a man of sin who sits in God's temple claiming to be God. The foundational belief of the man of sin's claim is the false Doctrine of Free Will. God the Father is only one who has a free will. Mankind does not.

Christ crucified… Paul to those that ‘know the law’ …you are no longer bond to called the adulteress woman but have been made free by the “body of Christ” lain…for “no other foundation can any lay down except that which was lain” —-which “foundation” is built upon in Christ which is repentance from dead works that you are free —no longer called the adulteress but of the Free-woman which is above —-walk no more after the flesh but after the Spirit. …hold up Davy says spit on that, it ain’t Spirit guys, the foundation is flesh so the third temple has to be the same. Sounds like a broken record. I DO... understand what Jesus taught with His strongman analogy. It's just that seems to be the only type analogy you can recall that Jesus made, and you try to apply it to everything when that will not work. Doing what you are doing with that in God's Word is just 'playing religion', showing it's actually you that doesn't really understand it.

Ok. I’m not going to argue over it. I do see your point. So could you be right? Yes. But I see also the stone temple He said was coming down could be the stone temple he was talking of. Or it could be one rebuilt. I still think Gods temple is His people and that’s where He dwells. That’s only my opinion on it. Some say it was that stone temple during the first century. Some say it’s the stone temple to be rebuilt. I don’t really care about fighting anymore with people over which stone temple is regarding prophecy. All I read is what Paul spoke of rebuilding (on the foundation of Christ) and it wasn’t the stone temple.
