Would you leave a message/note in the Western Wall if you did get to visit sometime ? And what is your reason you would or would not . Some Christians I know have left notes in the Western Wall .
I am not giving my answer yet but I would like to hear your thoughts about this practice .

Yes, I would leave a note. It would say something like, "Father, I know I didn't need to come all this way, from the other side of the world, to leave a note in the western wall, but I thought that since you visit me all the time in my country, I thought I'd make the effort to come visit you in.

I know your not here; you dwell within along with Jesus and the Holy Spirit, but it's nice to think about and imagine all those biblical stories about Jerusalem.

I think if I ever had the opportunity my note would be a loving thanksgiving to Jesus for all he's done for me and all mankind since he walked through this city and was crucified outside its walls.

It’s called the wailing wall - it’s where many Jewish people go to pray. I kind of know of it from news reports over the years .

What I read the "wailing wall" name came from Christians observing what went on at the Western Wall , but I did know it by either name and almost put wailing wall in my post title .

American Presidents like to go there it seems .
