It's good to have evidence, Scott, I remember seeing the one you posted above, and that was just insanity. It was in order to "insurance fraud." Luckily that woman had a cam for evidence, there are like 4 people or something in that car that backed up on her, Im surprised they didn't pull out a gun or anything. Scary what people will do for money. I've seen investigations of people having murdered their family member or even spouse all for "life insurance money."

It's all fleshly in nature, Scott. Now if people are recording incase of an accident in order to report that is a totally different. The drivers in the attacked car are terrified of what is happening.
I have been thinking I would like one of those cameras. They are not too expensive.

I think it is a good idea. I wouldn't mind having one for when I am riding my bicycle, which is used to travel to and from work. There was a near miss just the other day but either way, thankful to Yahavah/God that I didn't get hurt, and I hope they realize what they had done in my opinion was wrong. They were super close. Some people out here in Alabama will shift over to the whole other lane or at least halfway, but this man or woman was super close it startled me.

I was hit from behind by a young women under the influence very hard who did not even slow down. I am stopped at a red light at dusk. She hit us so hard, must have been going 40 mph. Road has a bridge rises up, she comes over the top, rolling downhill fast and never even hits the brakes. Claims she was distracted. My car seat back got bent and the dash and radio flew back at us.

She worked at a Chile's bar, had just got off work and likely had several drinks, the cop and us could smell alcohol around her. But he gave her a break? And then she walks off and it's like what's going on, Cop says where did she go? She comes back with her boyfriend whom she called to come get her. She was driving a 1500 Ram pickup truck that had just been fixed from another front end collision which she said cost $7000 and it's her boyfriend's mother's truck.
So I ask cop why he won't charge her with a DUI and he says I gave her a break as otherwise she is going to jail.
She never admits fault. She never comes to court. Insurance decides for us, and so does the judge.
Wife hurt her neck, and it was sore for months afterwards. Medical scans and doctor were $5000 and her insurance paid all claims.
Damage to Trooper got a $2400 check

Her truck undrivable, radiator driven into front of engine, leaking fluids all over. Bumper crushed into tires. I was able to drive home in the Trooper.

My Trooper, which I fixed myself only needed a new bumper and back door
The spare tire and our hitch helped protect us

Had a mate that was complaining that the cops were too hard on one he knows, she smashed the car and rolled it in town for inatention ! so because she wrecked the car, he thought that was bad enough for her. sure it is ! but that's when one has to be done in for in fact by Police for the stupidity ! like you messed up ? and their is the proof ! you did mess up ! now why ? That's the issue in fact ! with Policeing.
Like you were doing something wrong or stupid ! Like will such happen again ? this is the issue ! like don't you know or understand the Laws of the road, it's not just about ones own cars damage that you did, that's another thing. Like lucky no one was hurt or killed on the footpath etc !
Driving a car is not just to become a jokeing matter. it's serious ! like regarding your responcabilitys.

People nowadays do not value responsibility ! it's typical !

Like watch the Road for crying out loud, regardless at all times. that's ones duty ! or one should not have a Licence in fact ! it's all about responsibility !

Some people are like a walking time bomb behind the wheel ?

My mate Scott could of been hurt hear !

Hate to hear that Scott. That person should have been detained, if she was drunk. I should have been detained too for the time I had to deal with the police, but they also let me go. It was a blessing, but I am sorry to hear about all that happening to you and your wife too, my man. Im glad the insurance helped out!
