Correlation is not causation. Many men are effiminate in their mannerisms without becoming homosexual.

For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.

According to the King James Version of the Bible, Paul had a problem with that, unless you want to change the definition of "effeminate." I wasn't here in 1611, so I can't testify to what "effeminate" meant when the King James Version of the Bible was written.

And I don't think the English translation is important at all. Paul didn't speak English. Figure out what the Greek word meant...
