I don't believe President Trump can remove birth right citizenship, it's solidly engraved in 14th amendment of the US constitution

I don't believe that most who post here, have ever read about the 14th Amendment. The Author of the Amendment wrote that the right to birth right was not given to to those who were not Americans. Every Supreme Court Justice will have that letter in the stack of research presented by his/her staff. Remember, this is a Supreme Court that agree with the discovery of over reach in the Abortion rights decision.

You're probably right. Most Americans likely don't know the 14th amendment was drafted in large part to insure the equality as citizens of slaves freed under the 13th amendment.

Every Supreme Court Justice will have that letter in the stack of research presented by his/her staff. Remember, this is a Supreme Court that agree with the discovery of over reach in the Abortion rights decision.
