I think the seating is very revealing. Showing that both Obama and Trump can be the few adults in the room!

Try to imagine Trump sitting next to Hillary or Kamala! Imposible. Severe emotional fireworks!

I think that’s a bit of a stretch to say that she’s fuming. She looked over at them talking, and then looked away. That wasn’t staring.
I think people are looking for anything to continue to discredit her.
Now, if you have more video of her and it proves me wrong I will gladly admit that I was wrong.

You will closely note Michele Obama isn't present, she hates Trump
The seating of Trump next to Obama and the conversation taking place shows Obama's submission to Trump, its my opinion he's shaking in his slippers on future Trump investigations that will take place regarding actions brought by democrats including Obama

You can see the expressions well if you full screen the video. At first, I see Trump staring at Kamala, then his expression seems to soften and turn sadder. Obama actually initiates the conversation, and Trump readily engages and they talk the whole time after till the end of the video.
Melania seems to be teary eyed. Bush sitting next to his wife looks over and you can see he feels a little scared of Trump and he looks weak.
Laura Bush is fully relaxed and smiling to herself.
Obama seems to shun Kamala, you can see he does not wish to talk to her at all preferring to speak with Trump. Kamal is over and out, while Trump is the new POTUS. I don't think Obama is scared of Trump; I think Obama gravitates towards Trump as he recognizes he is the better man who won after everything they threw at him. And this may be one of the few times they can speak to each other. Perhaps he is looking to mend bridges, bury the hatchets, or to even seek to have some influence.

Kamala is disgusted that Obama starts talking with Trump and turns back in a huff. Her reaction is very much like an emotional woman
reacts who has been shunned.
Then she draws herself up in a proud stance. Stiff upper lip and all what not.
She realizes she's an outy, and Obama wants to cozy up to power and be an inny...

Not too many former living presidents left with Trump's re-election: Clinton, Bush and Obama. I VERY elite group.
It was a funeral. 2 former Presidents sitting next to each other chatting. Rather human. They are political rivals but still belong to the elite group.

as they sit in the dark around a great table of many delicate and dainty foods .
And they pass around a cup from which all partake of
and sip as one from . And as they smile to one the other
and as the other smiles back
their father stands before them and says to all , WELL DONE MY FAITHFUL CHILDREN
