Here is a fairly disturbing video that exposes staff at a abortion clinic discussing the sale of an aborted fetus. I wondered if the healthcare system paid for those abortions and then also the sale of the carcass was profited from. There appears to be a double standard in the assignment of mental illness as witnessed from the video I will post below. A human or humans treating another baby human by killing it and selling the carcass is a behavior that a proper human behavioral profiler would consider mentally and/or emotionally ill. They would then be subject to law and also require re-rehabilitation at that point. I'm not sure the definition of the illness is adequate as it potentially borders into psychosis areas:

There are several potential reasons for that medical staff disturbing behavior. One of which might be a lack of understanding of a persons own actions and what it looks like to a normal and healthy social population. And that might be a type of loss of contact with reality.
