God's Will, not ours, will be done.Posted: Wednesday, September 24, 2008 - written by jerry golden Olmert is still Prime Minister and will continue in that office until there is a new collation formed or a new election, his resignation means little to nothing until one of the two above happens. All of Israel wants a new election and for Kadima to step down. But that would mean that the MK’s would be faced with new elections and they know that Likud (Netanyahu) would win. So they are playing the game of politics to save themselves and could care less about what happens to Israel. The Labor Party looks as if they will join Kadima and if Shas can get more money they will spread their legs as well. All the above acting like there is not an unprecedented crisis facing the Nation of Israel. With Hezbollah, Hamas and Iran all preparing at a very fast pace to make another attempt to destroy this little Nation of Israel, and at the same time the Russians building new naval bases just to our north on the Syrian coast. There is also a very big question about the so-called peace between Jordan and Israel, it looks as if they are being brought into the Arab pack to attack Israel, and not to mention Egypt who has been armed to the teeth by the US, North Korea and Russia. To say that things are looking bad around here would be to put in mildly indeed. All of this with the world doing all it can to bring the US down economically and if that don’t succeed Russia has another plan, one you don’t even want to think about. I read in the Jerusalem Post the other day that Olmert said that anyone who still believes in the Zionist Dream of a greater Israel is deluding themselves. This same Olmert with President Bush pressuring him is still in power and able to make an agreement with Abbas binding any new government to a Palestinian State, which I am sure you know spells the total destruction of Israel. To make things worse we have the same man who once tried to give everything to Arafat (Barak) now head of the Labor Party ready to join Livni (Kadima) in the final destruction of Israel. You might be like me and asking how something like this could be happening while a whole nation of people do nothing about it. Then you might ask yourself how Clinton became President (twice) or even a more sobering question how 6 million Jews could be lead into gas chambers and systematically murdered? Sometimes it is not easy to come up with solid answers and it makes us hurt inside. There is but one place to turn for comfort and peace and that is to God’s Word and trying to understand that His ways are not mans ways, some things we just will not understand. But one thing we will understand and that is the Prophetic Word of God will come to pass and we are seeing the end of the time of the Gentiles come to an end before our eyes. I can see in God’s Word that a terrible war is coming to Israel before the final battle of Armageddon and Israel will survive this war but at a terrible cost. God will still gather His people to the Land He promised Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. You see God cannot lie, and when it looks like there is no way for Israel to win, that is when you can count on a miracle from God. My Messiah Yeshua HaMashiach will return to this Land, He will plant His feet on the Mount of Olive and God’s Will, will be done.
