Railway Passengers in Germany could “Hear” Advertisements inside Their Heads
Aimee Herd : Jul 6, 2013
The latest technology that uses vibrations in the skull to pass sound to a person's inner ear may be employed by Sky Deutschland, a German media company, to transmit ads inside unsuspecting passengers' heads if they lean against the train window.

Never heard of it before. We dont ride trains here ... we drive Hummers and Cadillacs so we are OK :)

But on the same subject there is something new that really bugs me ..... I read about 100 news sites a day .... I have ad blocker and pop up blocker and it keeps my screen nice and clean .... plus it saves a lot of downloading time (less flash and graphics)

But now the bugggrs imbed advertising videos in the news page and you end up hearing it .... even if you are not on that page (tab) at the time.

Completely irritating.

The internet was at its very best in the mid 1990's .... now it is going downhill fast.
