Do you understand it was God who choose to bare in his body our sins. The iniquity of sins would go into his body to bare the weight of punishment for our sins. It was Jesus who choose to come and die for humanity, and in order to do that he had to become as we are. He left his thrown in glory, and all he had with the father to give the father what he wanted - which was more sons. But he would choose to do it - by his own will - he would choose to become as we are (Jesus was without sin, because he did not have a sin nature), and become that sin that held us in captivity.
Point again; that is what is in the mind of Christ. Do you still want the mind of Christ. That's why a lot of Christians cannot accept the mind of Christ, because they have to give up their mind. It is challenging because of sin and it's training on us..so stop with your religion like your full on the God band wagon because we know your not. We are all the same. Same flesh, same motives, same life, same sin. So stop already with your religion and tell the truth.

We say " search me oh Lord," until he does and your back to square one. There is not one righteous.. no not one. I don't think we can read. We prop up Pope's, and Preacher's, and men of stature, like they are somebody. When they fail we rip them apart. They are nothing..read your bible - we are purely containers. The contents of the container is what matters not you showing off your creation. We have talents and gifts - it is Christ as those things now - NOT YOU! Listen to scripture!
To say that Jesus made his own mind up because he was God..is not to see his humanity. When he died - he died as a man - he emptied himself of being God, and became as we are. In that humanity he choose (the mind) to do what he did..that is still in the mind of Christ! You are free to allow the mind of Christ to be in you!
