Hey everyone,
Tomorrow I will be attending a Tai-chi fitness class at my local community centre in the afternoon. I saw that it is a nice community centre and I like the classes that they have. I also want to attend Badminton classes at the community centre near my house. I really want and need to exercise because I lack exercise and I want to lose weight from the weight gain I've gained when I tried the anti-psychotic medication and only have weight gain from the current dose I'm taking and not previous doses. I also have some calls I have to make to ask questions about the drop-in classes.

Do you guys join any fitness/sports activities?

I used to be a gym bunny, the gym fees became far to expensive, I now have my own gym equipment at home, plus jogging and walking are good exercise, good for our mental health.

I’m looking to join a Pilates group,

Badminton sounds great, + Thai- fi fitness class.....

I started off slowly many years ago with exercise, then slowly increased ....exercise will tone you up as well, it doesn’t happen over night though....you need to be dedicated and exercise becomes a part of your life and mindset.

They are a bit of an eye saw in the bedroom, I can live with that, plus I live alone..I would crawl up the wall, if I never had my exercise equipment, exercise is a big part of my life.

I watch YouTube while I exercise....

Up until last year, I was part of a golf league that played once a week during the summer. Between a shoulder injury, a change in work schedule, and our son's illness, I thought it best that I drop out.

I used to be part of softball and basketball leagues sponsored by my employer, but that was one employer and two knee operations ago.

Probably my favorite exercise right now is just riding my bicycle. We live out at the edge of town, and most of the roads are safe to ride on.

I see.. thanks for sharing! Alright I attended the Tai-chi class but I found it really hard. I want to go to another community centre because I felt the instructor didn't teach well and it lacked interest but I still followed around the best I could and managed to feel so relaxed after those moves!

I am going to try badminton class tomorrow at the community centre near my house.

Oh, at the beginning the instructor taught well, but after when he was doing the set, I felt it wasn't taught well. Anyway, I didn't go to the badminton class yet. I went to a Cardio fitness class on the weekend and I didn't like it very much because it was basically kicks and punches. I remember going to a Cardio fitness class that was fun to me where they had more twist and shuffles, swings, hamstring and arm rotations, etc.
