We have free will; we are not puppets. Thus, some people will disregard many of not all of God’s commandments and act like beasts.

Yet, God will still engender His purposes, despite apparent actions of beasts to the contrary.

There is plenty of scripture to support God’s Providence.

You obviously have not learned much about what God's Word teaches about the world getting darker and darker in the last days as it descends into the coming one world government led by the anti-christ.

Some folks would rather not know and just be surprised... and those folks will be the ones who fall for the anti-christ and take his mark and be condemned to eternity in hell for taking the mark.

Surely, these beliefs are familiar to you, but if you choose to reject them, what then?

I'm not falling for anything this world is leading others to thru deception.

But, let's not be naive and believe that salvation of the nation will come thru Trump.

Too many people claiming to be christians are making Trump in to an idol which is why the Lord did not cause Trump to win in 2020 and if the idolatry continues we will see Trump lose again in 2024.

God allowed His own chosen people to be utterly destroyed when they turned to idolatry... He is doing the same with the US. To whom much is given, much is required (Luke 12:48)

Not to mention this nation is turning against Israel which is bringing forth God's judgement on this nation.

Apparently lots of folks who claim to be christians are actually putting politics before the Lord which is also idolatry.

This is all unfolding right before our eyes and just like the romans who claimed their empire was too bug to fail... Americans will be shocked when this nation experiences the same fate as the romain empire.

Ya'll believe what you want, but as for me I'm a follower of Jesus Christ first long before being a citizen of the US as God's Kingdom is eternal and the US is temporary and is coming to it's bitter end.

We agree that no man can save our nation from its obvious decline into godliness (unless God has specifically chosen him to be a great leader and works with him to bring about national repentance). Clearly there are parallels with the decline of the Roman Empire and many others past empires.

But despite the coming darkness, I will continue to put my trust in God. I will do my best to love Him and pray that He will help me love my neighbor(s), even when I am skeptical about their true intents. With His help, I can have a positive effect in my sphere of influence, rather than be a curmudgeon who sours all that he touches.

God's Word contains warnings concerning the world getting darker in the end times and this should be used to let people know what is coming and to tell them the only escape is repenting from sinful living and get right with Jesus.

God's warnings are very highly positive if taken seriously as they are designed to lead people to turn away from darkness and impending doom to turn to the Lord and live for him.
