There was a barricade set up on the New Orleans street that the attack car accessed. It was suppose to be deployed for events like the New Year's festivities but it was malfunctioning?

Police stood there as the driver turned onto the street. Doing nothing to stop him.

Just like Jan 6th. Capitol police opened the barricades and let the violent offenders gain access to the Capitol.

After 9-11 2001 the news in some markets showed airport video captures of the terrorists that hijacked the three planes.
