Donald Trump profusely praised Tim Walz's handling of the MN riots in 2020. He congratulated him for calling up the National Guard. Now he's taking credit for it, saying he's the one who had to call them. The mayor of Minneapolis was begging Walz for the National Guard. Only days later after Trump telling Walz to get the National Guard in there did Walz finally comply!!!

And about the police station attacked and burned down....Walz only sent in 90 National Guard....he should have sent in hundreds.

At about the eight minute mark, Walz thanked President Trump for his strategic guidance.

At about six and a half minutes, transcript of what Trump said about you have to call up the National Guard.

At about seven minutes thirty five.... Trump wanted to talk with Walz for Walz to explain about the beginning and the end....that is, finally, after Walz called the National Guard.

Walz said he didn't want the National Guard to seem like an occupying force. Trump said sometimes that is needed.

Only after Walz finally called up the National Guard did Trump praise him.

There's more but I don't have time to go through the rest of it right now. That's why you have to listen to the entire video I posted.

Btw, Walz's wife opened her window to smell the burning tires.... that's weird.

Okay, fair enough. But what did Walz do that was so bad. He took Trump's advice and the Donald praised him for it. Now they're trying to make it sound like he did some cowardly thing and Trump had to step in a take charge. He should be commended for doing the right thing. Walz was elected to Congress five times and Governor twice. That doesn't happen if people don't like you. Trump ran twice, lost the second time and will probably lose this time.

I think it was in reverse. That is, Walz wasn't doing much to curtail the destruction of Minneapolis. And Trump wanted Walz to send in a lot of National Guard.

Finally Walz did send some National Guard....after that Trump praised Walz.

That's why in the phone call Trump said he wanted to talk with Walz about the beginning and the end of the disaster.

Riots sprung out in MN.
Governor Walz sent the Guard to quell the riot.
Good move.
Oops Waltz didn’t send enough guardsmen.
Bad move.
Waltz sent more guardsmen.
Good move, but the consequence went beyond Rioting, to deaths occuring.
Incompetent to send to few guardsmen.
Bad move.
Always send more to begin with and hope they ALL are prepared, ready, but not needed to engage.
