Well they love to try! But if we have a literalist SCOTUS- then the laws should be upheld.
If elected, she plans to rule by executive orders. AFAIK, it takes time to move challenges to those through the courts.

The Democrat party hired Trolls to work both sides of the argument. Pro-HRC, pro-Trump.
I have no doubt there is a revival of that tactic. Only it's pro-Harris.
Remember the thread where a campaign volunteer talked about the Harris tactics to aquire donations?
There are short ads on YouTube where she personally touts the benefit of "just $10 dollars" to her campaign.

I read the Harris campaign is paying $150 for people to do positive posts about her.
Also, they approached some social media influencers wanting to pay them and these particular social influencers outed the Harris campaign about that with a YouTube video.
One guy even told them to leave him and his staff alone.
The guy in charge of Harris donations...he was filmed undercover and said they tell the Democratic donors whatever they want to hear.

What happens to the millions of dollars she's raised for her campaign? Supposedly the rules don't allow them to keep it themselves though HRC supposedly did. No surprise there. She's an attorney,why would the law mean to keep her in check.
