According to our President’s remarks: if alien criminals are incredibly dangerous (like terrorists, for example?), and there is a danger to Americans that after release in their home country, they might re-enter, then they will detained indefinitely at Guantanamo (with other terrorists).

Did the Biden administration release all of the detainees/terrorists at Guantanamo, or only some?
