I form light and create darkness;
I make well-being and create calamity;
I am the Lord, who does all these things. (Isa. 45:7)

The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord;
he turns it wherever he wills. (Prov. 21:1)

Our God is in the heavens;
he does all that he pleases. (Ps. 115:3)

Does disaster come to a city,
unless the Lord has done it?” (Amos 3:6)

Those are just 4 verses discussed in a Calvinist web site. It is so clearly stated.

He set in motions the natural laws which were corrupted by sin.

He can change the course of hurricanes if He chooses. He does according to teh counsel of His own will and not ours.

Not bad. Im not a Calvinist but these are great verses to support God's sovereignty over His creation.
