I do think Fauci had a lot to do with Ivermectin being vilified.
Hundreds of thousands died from covid, denied treatment with Ivermectin
Fauci was the one that approved that failed dangerous drug for covid remdesivir which destroyed internal organs and killed many

Ivermectin and Fenbendazole is also being used by people to treat cancer and getting opposition from the medical community,

Sorry but the latest news out of the FDA WEbsite and from several other online sources (snopes, US NEWS, AARP) all say as late as 10/24 that Ivermectin has not been approved as a standard treatment for Covid -19. There are clinical trials going on, but the FDA has not approved usage of it, despite Maria Bartiromo's saying. So unless that 2 minute blurb came after 10/24 it is not true.

I did not vet it, although she is probably right as is the senator.

Well I searched teh web and especially FDC and NIH sites. Not one site says either org. approved Ivermectin for Covid. all sites available said they both rejected Ivermectin as a treatment for Covid.

Once again Ivermectin treats parasites, Covid is a virus! They are two distinctly different organisms. I did write long ago that Ivermectin , when a covid patient is discovered very early in the onset, has great palliative effects, but no curative effects.

Viruses are obligate intracellular parasites, so they are parasites. They only exist to replicate using another host and they harm that host in the process. All known viruses are obligate parasites. They cannot replicate independently and require a host cell to reproduce. The science of virology relies heavily on the ability to grow and propagate these host cells to study the viruses.
Parasites do not cause viruses. However, parasites can harbor viruses that may or may not affect the parasite itself or, indirectly, its host. This is an area of ongoing research.

I tried. Video is apparently censored. Seems to have been from a 2023 interview.
FDA never approved it for Covid, but did say it was ok to take.
I do recall that, and Maria never said "approved" .
Listen to her first sentence.
