Unless they raise more funds and or reduce benefits and cutr benefits for those not eligible, SS will be force to reduce benefits by close to 30% in about 8 years.

Social Security has no money in its trust fund. It has all been borrowed and spent by the federal govt already. all that's in there is an IOU. A special Tbill only for the govt. to give to SS and medicare. when either of them run a deficit (which they have been for a few years) instead of drawing from the empty trust fund, it secretly adds to the annual deficit the govt. runs.
