Now we can understand even more why the jury voted to aquit Daniel Penny who restrained the guy on the subway. The guy was saying he was going to kill someone that day.
After the Daniel Penny case, they think good Samaritans are afraid to get involved in stopping a crime. Eleven murders this year on NYC subways.
They arrested the suspect who did two knife attacks in NYC subway. He was in another station carrying a large knife.
