It's fairly settled for me in Brisbane. The old man problems. Had an examination of my prostate yesterday through a cystoscopy. No growth found. Another inspection in 6 months. The Mangrove Jack is like a reef fish but is found in the salt water streams of Qld. If you could see the narrow Baffle Creek where this was caught by my brother-in-law, Mervyn, you'd see how special this size fish is.
It has a beautiful taste. My sister, Lorraine, sure knows how to cook it nicely.
