STIRRING UP THE GIFT

Good afternoon friends. I pray your day is going well. As for myself, well, I often find myself discontent and longing for a church family that exercises the teachings of Jesus and Paul. More specifically, the stirring up of the gifts of the Holy Spirit within each of us. My gift has been dormant for awhile because of my focus on my school assignments. I graduate next month.
So I haven't had time to visit the forum but I am getting more opportunity to do so now. When I first joined an online Christian Forum, I got stirred up through some of the members who encouraged me and in time the gifts began to manifest. But this is also because I was spending more time in prayer and seeking His Will.
So now I am back and it feels different here. Almost like there is a spirit of slumber in here. I am praying about it and asking God to stir up the gifts that are within us in order to unite the body as one and to cause a new zeal for spiritual growth.
I am asking if you will join me in this prayer and keep praying until we see breakthrough.
Pray according to His Word and declare His Word as Truth, as Life, and as Power through faith.

I have been so busy @CyB for the past month as the Lord has been giving me visions daily and sometimes more than one, and he has asked me to write them down. So I post them in our New Visions forum. We also have a Dreams forum, which is new since you were last here. I am also involved in a ministry here in my country, and it is so awesome, as we are on the brink of a revival outpouring. Well that’s where I am trying to get myself. I suppose the slumber could be be myself but even the reports are quiet, that's a good thing but strange compared to what it was like 2 years ago.

Are you experiencing an urgency or a sense of hopeful anticipation for a big move of God? And with that people in my past have been popping back in my life on a steady basis as if we are fixing to have a huge reunion. I have been having visions of things happening on a molecular level as well. Like finding out something new inside the cell that is key to healing yourself of diseases and sickness. Other things as well that is a bit more quantum physics in nature but related to the spirit.

Greetings, Heart2Soul, and so glad you are getting opportunity again. I have been away myself and am looking to get back also. I was just telling my wife that I am discontented with how things are going. I feel like I'm doing my job; I'm writing studies, I'm interpreting, I'm advancing on many fronts, I have more friends serving in ministry with me, and they are doing their part very well, and yet.... there is a discontentment. I find myself wanting more, and like you maybe it starts with me. So I feel the same thing in a way.

As a matter of fact, I think I had a dream about where we might be right now several years ago... I have to go to work, but maybe I can post that in a little while.

I was only stopping into work for a short time, so heading out. But without posting it specifically, that dream I had was about this very very thing; restoring what once was. So you pray for me and I will pray for you.

Btw, I am starting to post Bible Studies again, and I know you always enjoyed discussing the word, so if it's ok I will tag you for them. I'm about to post another one tomorrow, and I could use some company discussing the word of God if you were up to it.

Its a sense of urgency for us all to get up and start preaching Christ and all sound doctrine again .
Some of the last words JESUS had told his own
was to wait in Jerusalem till you recieve the promise . ONCE THEY RECEIVED the HOLY GHOST
they got up and did all .
A big mistake that men have made for years and years
is always thinking some big move is about to come .
They talk about this
yet all the while many do not do as did the first ones .
In other words WHY are folks continiually waiting on some end time movement
WHEN we are supposed to have been the ones doing all by the grace of GOD to win the souls and etc .
Does that make sense .
Many , for years have cried a big movment is coming
and yet for years , THEY do nothing to evangelize .
That big movement came ON THE DAY of pentencost
and from that day those whose faith becomes in CHRIST are equipped with that SAME SPIRIT .
What i am trying to say is
WE are the peoples of GOD , of CHRIST
so its time we get up and do as did the early church and others have as well since then .
IF we want souls saved , THEN get up and GOD will be with us . IF we want
the peoples exhorted and taught , then lets do this . GOD will be with us .

Read what you wrote again about the something new inside the cell that is Key to healing Yourself .
The ONLY ONE who heals IS GOD . and i highly suggest if we want or need healing
just pray to HIM .
The simple truth is
this sounds far too much like what the one king did
he turned to the physcians and not to GOD . the one that was diseased .
IF any wants healing THEN pray to GOD .

You misunderstood, I am not saying I replace God, He created all the functions our body is suppose to do. I am saying that He is showing me "hidden wisdom" and by applying His Word I am able to see things there I couldn't see before. As it says in Hosea...my people are destroyed because of ignorance..../ also “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.”
— Proverbs 23:7 (KJV).../other scriptures about faith and so on.

It is God who gave mankind the ability to make new discoveries and increase knowledge in various things. Inventing and creating new theories and dispelling old ones.

Bottom line, I believe all.things are possible through Christ Jesus, and according to our faith we can ask whatever we want and it shall be done.

Does that clarify my meaning?

it clarifies you are trusting in carnal wisdom that you beleive is hidden wisdom .
Wanna keep it simple . WHO heals . GOD does .
And beleive me i aint against going to the doctors .
I aint against healthy eating either .
And we better watch out cause the hindu and the buddist knows a whole lot about things that heal .
WHY do you think that is allowed . cause the last time i checked their END aint good .
You ever wonder why some of the most false leaders within christendom sure seem to have a lot of money
sure seem to believe they hear from GOD .
And yet if one only went into the tabernacle of GOD they would have seen their end .
GOD ANSWERS a man according to the idols of his heart . Lets MAKE HIM our hearts desire .
Want healing , PRAY and pray one for another .
And eat in moderation . eat as GOD made it and not trash processed junk .
Sure i know things . BUT THE FOCUS must be ON GOD . People are going to run right into a trap .
DID you know false miracles can occur . they can . GOD allows things .
TO decieve the DECIEVED and also to teach and instruct HIS OWN . hidden wisdom .
When our focus starts being on the carnal realm , its wisdoms , and our visions
are all about molecular stuff and etc . GOTTA ask yourself , WHY is the focus so much on the inventions of men

No I am not trusting in carnal wisdom. I am learning about the reason God chose the shedding of blood for the remission of sins and Jesus Blood becoming the ultimate sacrifice. So in reality it is spiritual knowledge to learn why God chose such a thing for remission of sins.

So you GOTTA ask yourself...Does God want you to remain ignorant or to grow in His Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding.

As for me, when an atheist or unbeliever asks me why does blood have to be shed I will have an answer.
