The Sabbath is the Lords Day of the Lord thy God, not Moses' sabbath, or the Jews sabbath, or anyone else's sabbath.

Leviticus 23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.

We see the same.

Deuteronomy 5:12-13
12 Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee. 13 Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work: 14 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.

Again the same.

Exodus 31:13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.

It was not 'Moses' sabbath.

Leviticus 19:1-2
1And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy. 3 Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father, and keep my sabbaths: I am the LORD your God.

Leviticus 19:30 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.

Leviticus 26:2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.

Isaiah 56:4-6
4 For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant; 5 Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off. 6 Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;

Ezekiel 20:12-13
12Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them. 13 But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness: they walked not in my statutes, and they despised my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.

Ezekiel 20:16 Because they despised my judgments, and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths: for their heart went after their idols.

Ezek 20:19-24
19I am the LORD your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them;
20 And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God. 21 Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness. 22 Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth. 23 I lifted up mine hand unto them also in the wilderness, that I would scatter them among the heathen, and disperse them through the countries; 24 Because they had not executed my judgments, but had despised my statutes, and had polluted my sabbaths, and their eyes were after their fathers' idols.

Ezekiel 22:8 Thou hast despised mine holy things, and hast profaned my sabbaths.

Ezekiel 22:26 Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.

Ezekiel 23:38 Moreover this they have done unto me: they have defiled my sanctuary in the same day, and have profaned my sabbaths.

The Lord claims the sabbath as His very own. It is a day, therefore it is literally, the Lord's day. This clear so how many times must the Lord call the sabbath His day to understand that there is only one day in the scriptures that would be referred to as the Lord's day? Other than the seventh day sabbath, the Lord's day can also refer to the day on which He will return to this earth. That is all. Sunday, or the first day of the week is never referred to as the Lord's day in the scriptures.

This title was only applied to Sunday later on, to cover their deception. It was applied by those who began the apostasy and abomination which was the result of the amalgamation of apostate Christianity and pagan sun worship.

The Catholic Church document "the Faith Explained" asks the question about "changing the LORD's day from Saturday to Sunday" like this -

1965 -- first published 1959 (from "The Faith Explained" by Leo Trese page 243)

"we know that in the O.T it was the seventh day of the week - the Sabbath day- which was observed as the Lord's day. that was the law as God gave it... 'remember to keep holy the Sabbath day.. the early Christian church determined as the Lord's day the first day of the week. That the church had the right to make such a law is evident...The reason for changing the Lord's day from Saturday to Sunday lies in the fact that to the Christian church the first day of the week had been made double holy...
nothing is said in the bible about the change of the Lord's day from Saturday to Sunday.. that is why we find so illogical the attitude of many non-Catholic who say they will believe nothing unless they can find it in the bible and yet will continue to keep Sunday as the Lord's day on the say-so of the Catholic church"

All Bible scholars know the following -
1. There is no text saying 'the first day of the week is the Lord's day"
2. There is no text saying 'the first day of the week is the holy day of the Lord"
3. There is no text saying 'the first day of the week is My holy day"
4. There is no text saying "every week day one they gathered for gospel preaching"
5. There is no text saying "the Son of Man is LORD of week day 1"
6. There is no text saying "week day one is now the Sabbath of the LORD thy God" or "is now the Lord's day"
7. There is no text says "the gentiles asked that more Gospel preaching be given to them - on the next week day 1"

Notice the following..."Some have assumed that the Lord’s day is the New Testament equivalent of the Sabbath. "What is the Lord’s day? | GotQuestions.org. Then they go on to what is an outright lie..."Sunday was the day that Jesus Christ rose from the dead, an act that forever separated Christianity from any other religion" which is nowhere it the Bible, as scripture is clear the Sabbath continued as we see that Paul kept the Sabbath.

"And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures." Acts 17:2. "Paul and his company ... went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down." Acts 13:13, 14. "And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which resorted thither." Acts 16:13. "And he [Paul] reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks." Acts 18:4.

Keep in mind that our God is kind and fair. Those who are keeping Sunday and breaking God's fourth commandment ignorantly are not under condemnation. It's only those who know what God commands and willfully disobey who are committing sin. God's enemy knows that to break one of God's commandments is a sin which hurts our Saviour and robs us of eternal life with Him if not repented of.

Satan laid this plot so deep that even many ministers are not aware of it. Many religious leaders are putting forth desperate efforts to keep the facts on this subject away from the people. Shocking but true, many ministers have not learned at school anything different than their teachers have learned before them. Then they teach their congregations what they learned from their teachers. It is perpetuated for generations. This is why even your own parents or grandparents may not have understood what God's word teaches about His seventh-day Sabbath. But when people honestly study the Bible for themselves - their eyes are opened. Many people take the preacher's word and just don't study God's word for themselves.

The Biblical Sabbath, however, is and has always been on the seventh day of the week, or Saturday. Despite the prevalence of Sunday worship in Christendom, we must look to the Bible as our authority and keep the seventh day Sabbath ordained by God.

Remember Paul said; (Acts 24:14) “But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:” And it says clearly in the law (Ex:20) to remember the sabbath, to keep it holy.

It's a new day when Christ Jesus went to Heaven ! It started from then on ! a new ! we had come away from that burden of Savery ! and into Christ Jesus a New Body in Christ Jesus !
People who reject Sunday is the day are not Saved, because they truly reject that Jesus is in fact The Christ ! For they are looking for another in fact, they think that another Man will come ?
That's because they do not truly know who Christ Jesus is, They think it's in the Man ? that's what they are looking to in fact !
But it's not regards the Man, it's the Holy Spirit in fact, for that is Christ Jesus true identity he is the Well Spring it's him ! the two are of the same ! as they are within God the Father.

If you Observe the Law of Moses, the Last day of the week is the Lord's Day; IE the Sabbath...

If you Observe the New Covenant, the Church established a Tradition that the First day of the week is the Lord's Day; a Sabbath Day's Rest...

Very true, many are in the dark on this, but the church of Rome clearly claims it made this change from its own authority. They know, and promote their substitute they have foisted on the people, they have nowhere to hide their sin or excuse their attack on God and His truth.

“1 Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; 2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. 3 For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. 4 For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: 5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. ”
Hebrews 8:1-5 KJV

In the above short passage, we are informed of several interesting and vital truths.
1. First, Jesus is now our High Priest ministering in the heavenly sanctuary on behalf of man, and interceding before the Father, acting as our Mediator toward God. (Hebrews 8:1-3; Ps.110:1; Col.3:1; 1Tim.2:5).

2. The heavenly sanctuary was built by God, obviously for the express purpose of serving as the headquarters and "central command post" in the war between Christ and Satan. (Heb.8:2)

3. The temple, or sanctuary on earth, was built by Moses, and was a purpose built copy of the sanctuary in heaven, with the walls, the trappings of beauty of the materials used, and each article of furniture, being directly copied from the pattern given to Moses on Mt. Sinai. (Heb.8:5; Ex. 265:40).

4. The uses of each article and their appearance, position, and shape was a representation or symbol of a parallel article in the heavenly sanctuary, and representing certain specific truths associated with the plan of salvation carried out by Christ. A few examples...
a. There is no altar of sacrifice in heaven. In the wilderness, the altar of sacrifice was outside the tent, as was Calvary not only outside Jerusalem, but outside the heavenly sanctuary.
b. The way into the sanctuary for us, that we may come before the throne of the Father in prayer and worship, was through the door... Which Jesus described as Himself. The other articles in the holy place also represented Jesus and His ministry either for us, or on our behalf. He was the light of the world, the bread of life, and our Mediator. Inside the Most Holy Place in heaven was the throne of God, represented on earth by the ark of the covenant, having 2 cherubim on either end, the heads bowed before the glory of God residing over the mercy seat. Inside the ark was the law of God, the original of which is also in the heavenly sanctuary in heaven. A law which was always the foundation of God's government...the law of love and liberty, the transgression of which was fully paid for by our Saviour, Jesus Christ through the shedding of blood which as our High Priest now presents to the Father as atonement for our sin.

All of which leads me to a simple question. If the tables of the covenant in the ark containing the Ten Commandments were a copy of the law of God in heaven contained in the ark of the testimony as per Revelation 11:19, is there anyone brave enough to suggest that God changed the law in heaven to match the tradition begun by the church in the 4th century that made Sunday a day of rest rather than the true Sabbath? And if so, on what basis do you think such an event occurred, and why?
