Wow! Did you notice the crimes she is being accused of does not include solicitation for violence? Politicians use rhetoric is often decried to reach that level lately pursuant to:
18 U.S. Code § 373

There's all kinds of concerns about such acts as hers inspiring others, copy cat's, etc. Perhaps the above law only applies to direct solicitation of another person rather than general 'my people'? She declares this land is Mexican land. The agenda revealed, the destruction of America. This is her greatest crime, which is beyond legalities. Her actions should be treated as an act of war.
The 9/11 conspirators have been in a military prison for decades. That should be her fate for the same reason.

(Oath of Allegiance) - then that person violated that oath if they do what the lady in the video in the OP did. They too should be sent back.
I would think a natural born citizen would still need to face appropriate petalites, fines, or jail time, for the actions seen in that same video. But you can't "SEND THEM BACK", if they are from here.
As Christians we are to follow the laws of the land, unless we clearly have been told by the Lord otherwise. And that of course would mean making sure it is the Lord our God, Jesus Christ, that we did hear from. The Spirit of God is not the only spirit around. And quite generally speaking God wants us to follow the laws of the land, and submit to those He has put in charge, even if we don't like them. Of course, the foremost command is still, "Hear, O Isreal", and the very least we are grafted into that.
If God really wants a person from another country to come here and be a citizen of the USA, He can make that happen!! And they all will have to answer to Him at some point. So we all need to do what we are supposed to do, and that means we do the work we are called to do the best we can, and doing it the best we can means talking to the Lord about it, and listening to Him - even Him the Lawgiver.

I am not so worried about her going "BACK", but I am more worried about her going to hell. The Lord has a place for the rebellious much worse than our jails, and or our sending her "back". In my opinion, an immigrant who carries another flag in protest of the US should be grounds for automative deportation, automatic revocation of citizenship, etc.

Homan announced he is 'dealing' with the source of the leak after the disruption when multiple federal agencies planned the action at multiple locations in Aurora, Colorado to rot out illegal migrants and gang members.
The incident unfolded early on Wednesday morning when hundreds of agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the FBI, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)descended on a number of apartment complexes.
But after each complex was searched for hours, just 30 arrests were made, and only one bust was a Tren de Aragua (TdA) member, Fox News' Bill Melugin reported.
These numbers fell far short of the over 100 arrests that authorities expected.
ICE acting director Caleb Vitello admitted after the operation that something appeared to derail the effort.
'I do get the impression that there were some intel leaks here. And I think that probably they did know that we were coming,' Vitello said.
Homan, who was at the raid early Wednesday morning to pump up the hundreds of law enforcement officers, took to Fox News on Thursday to send a warning to anyone planning on obstructing his agents.
'We've already identified how this operation got leaked,' he said visibly angered.
'I'll deal with that today,' Homan said sternly. 'It's not a game.'
'They may find themselves in pair handcuffs very soon,' Homan added of whoever leaked information about the early morning raids.
'I'm working very close, starting this morning, with Department of Justice.'

She can call her jail cell Mexican if she likes. That is the attitude of immigrants who do not have respect for the USA. We want proud responsible citizens to live here. The flag is symbol of freedom and national unity. We put our hands over our hearts ... what does that really mean?
I never really thought about the meaning growing up; it was just something we were taught. The pledge of allegiance to the flag of the USA and to the republic for which it stands, one nation UNDER GOD, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Just looked this up: Before the hand over the heart was adopted, "the Bellamy Salute" (was sort of a wave with hand extended towards the flag)- but was changed because it resembled the Nazi Heil Hitler salute. The hand over our hearts is much better!

Yes, she should be prosecuted. But Kern County is in California....so I don't know what they will do to her.
It was horrible...not only what she did to our flag but her threats of killing the officers and talking about their children dying. These people are crazy. Wouldn't be surprised if she's in a gang.
