This may sound harsh but also necessary ... This is a discussion forum! I'm not going to pray to God about something I don't know anything about dear one.
Having said that, I am troubled by your OP. You had a vague argument with your mom and you
want someone else to take responsibility to "separate from all these problems and provide a safe place to live free from unnecessary tension." Perhaps this is
necessary tension due to problems you hide. Don't you know being a Christian is not a guarantee of safety but going among wolves as sheep?
You cannot have an argument by yourself, without your participation. No one invoked Scripture in this thread, so I will. Being a Christian also means taking
responsibility ... to seek, knock, ask. So, I asked.
Romans 12:18 If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.
- What are you doing to resolve all these problems?
- What are you doing to live in a safe place?
- What are you doing to live free from unnecessary tension?
One of my favorite Bible verses is
Jeremiah 29:13 (ESV) You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. It means God begins where we end. I sense you are far from your end, meaning you are not close to finding God. Yet, you want his blessings and our prayers. I will pray for you but not for your ask; I will ask the Spirit to come to you to help you find the strength to face the truth and do what you can to make your world better. (It is only in this context that people say, "all we can do now is pray." They've already taken responsibility to do all they can do.) Hope this helps!
Proverbs 6:6-11 (VOICE)
A Lesson from the Ant
6 Take a lesson from the ant, you who love leisure and ease.
Observe how it works, and dare to be just as wise.
7 It has no boss,
no one laying down the law or telling it what to do,
8 Yet it gathers its food through summer
and takes what it needs from the harvest.
9 How long do you plan to lounge your life away, you lazy fool?
Will you ever get out of bed?
10 You say, “A little sleep, a little rest,
a few more minutes, a nice little nap.”
11 But soon poverty will be on top of you like a robber;
need will assault you like a well-armed warrior.
