In a last gasp of corruption before leaving high office, Biden issued more preemptive pardons. At least is son, Hunter, was convicted of a crime before being given a pardon.
Implied is the recognition these 3 groups ARE guilty of crimes, or at least sufficient evidence exists that could reasonably lead to indictments. The narrative is he did this out of FEAR that Trump would act in revenge. I suppose revenge is what justice looks like to the corrupt.
A part of me feels the process of objective investigation should proceed, so we all know for a fact what these 3 groups were pardoned for. To my knowledge, Biden’s use of the plenary power to pardon preemptively is unprecedented. Is that a good precedent?
