Anyone who does not believe in Yahweh is a sinner, right? What if the person does not believe in Yahweh but is merciful, helps people, never harms or hurts people. Is he still a sinner?

I don't approve of abortion but I also like to think pragmatically. Sometimes, abortion is the only answer. For instance, what if the pregnancy is the result of rape, what if the pregnancy is in underage woman, what if the pregnancy puts the woman's life in danger?

I wouldn't say I lost faith because of education and critical thinking but sometimes my faith shatters when I see pictures of galaxies captured by NASA's telescope or how far the voyager has gone. A lot of questions are not answered by our religious documents.

My understanding comes from reading, listening and contemplating. As for the purpose of life, I am still searching for the right purpose as my purpose frequently changes. :D
