I wish Canada had a law that forced those with mental health issues to be treated without the need for their consent... ( especially with disorders such as schizophrenia )... I know of a family very close to me that is dealing with a 20 year old son who is diagnosed with severe schizophrenia and there is NOTHING his parents or friends can do to ensure he stays healthy... he refuses to take his meds or follow his doctor's advice to get stabilized.... His quality of life is NIL... His tendency to be violent is constant... yet he is allowed to roam the streets and unless he is caught in a violent act... he is left alone.... His parents are HEARTBROKEN.

Not sure if you heard about this when it happened... but this was very real and very terrifying... and all anyone could do is RUN and watch. I know you were just making a point... but what you said made me think of these two examples of why some things SHOULD be mandatory. It usually for the safety of OTHERS.

The killing of Tim McLean occurred on the evening of July 30, 2008. McLean, a 22-year-old Canadian man, was stabbed, beheaded, and cannibalized while riding a Greyhound bus along the Trans-Canada Highway, about 30 km west of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.

The guy that was killed was asleep in his seat on the bus at the time of his attack. I still shiver when I think of this story... It was made into a documentary.

There are several problems with this:

1. I have no proof that what you claim is true. Even if it is true it is only one or two alleged examples, it doesn't mean it is true for majority of everyone else. Sure maybe some dangerous/violent people like that do have to be forcibly stopped, but the mandatory/compulsory acts/laws are not always used fairly/rightly.
Its like misusing the murder of Moslems here in New Zealand by Tarrant to wrongly attack all new rightists. Its like misusing the violent Kiwi Jihadi here a year before that to condemn all Moslems are terrorists. The elite are misusing these exceptions as means to further their own agenda. 2. There is a law here called the Mental Health Act which does force people who threaten/harm others or themselves and/or can't take care of themselves to be "sectioned" ("hospitalised") under the mental health act and they have no rights for the first 5 days assessment and little rights for the next weeks & months and have to undergo compulsory treatment. I know because I myself was wrongly/unfairly put under it. And I very much doubt that Canada doesn't have similar law/act there. They even had such in Victorian UK. Not that I am saying I wholly agree with it though.

3. Another problem is that it is wrong to just attack the victims of this regime's harsh severe mean policies and laws and economics. This regime of the last decades has been doing far more subtle harms to everyone (but some more than others). Its wrong to just force people with mental issues while others doing wrongs to them are not also forced. For example I was "sectioned" because of wrongs done to me like abused as a child, forced fluroidation, meter reader pickingmy door lock, ringing sound from neighbours pump/plumbing going all day and night every day and night for 2 years, etc. They did nothing to stop these wrongs they just branded me a "paranoid schizophrenic" and I have had no rights and under the Act the Drs had all the power and I have none. After being under the Act for over 17 months after being released into compulsory community treatment, their medication hasn't fixed anything, and they haven't addressed any of the wrongs being done by others to me. Because they just force the individual and think that force and medication fixes everything. No one wants to know about responsiblity of the regime and others.

4. Who the hell are people to carp about "quality" of life when some of us are suffering hell quality of life because of this regime's socio-economic and other policies?

5. Your example is not about Covid or Fluoridation. I don't see any proof of why fluoridation should be mandatory "for the safety of others" or even covid. If covid vaccine "works" then "others" are protected and the only possible safety at risk is our own. And what about our safety from risk of vaccine harming/hindering our brain/body ability/health?
"Safety/security" have been used by this regime for wrong surveillance and slavery purposes. They claim cameras everywhere are for "community safety".
Moreoever I don't see you all worrying about the safety of others at the root causes. Lord, the twits in parliament have been far more harmful to our safety.

Covid and increased tooth decay are not my fault, I didn't cause them, why should I be the one forced/punished?

6. If you are a christian then how come God doesn't heal/deliver them instead of having to resort to human efforts to control without getting to the root causes?

7. If you don't mind forcing people into what your wouldn't want to be forced into your self, how come you don't mind forcing mandatory "treatment/medication" but you would mind eugenics?

8. They can use "good" reasons as a cover for also passing bad (mixing good and evil). All treatments and medications have side effects. There is no "easy" solution to things, everything has risks and costs and sacrifice, and they don't care if the risk/cost is ours not theirs. Scientists are not gods they can be wrong or lying. Over the past year people have gone cold, hearts that were once full of warmth have now frozen cold and hard...

We don't realize it right now but many people would actually be in a state of trauma and/or shock...
Trauma and/or shock can be unnoticeable in some people, even to themselves, its only later on do they learn they have PTSD...

When you read the symptioms of shock/trauma you see changes in mood, personality and there are a whole bunch of things.
In that list my attention was taken by denial and lack of empathy... We see that all around now...

Just some of the most abhorrent things ive seen in my life in the last year and the reaction from the public has been unbelievably mute.
Just like this story here and just like iv been seeing, its the poorest suburbs that are being tortured and tormented by government rules

Then she locked down over 3 million people in QLD all because of one case

Western Australia think they have done a good job at avoiding covid by keeping their borders closed as well

Now Western Australia have locked down over 2 million people, again, its for only one case I think

Anyone that knows some history would see that civilizations need a religion, without it, they collapse. The fall of society requires many factors but I believe the single most important one is morals, in particular family morals... See how the other major religions all have a similar view on sexuality and family, a strict view. Without it, we see divorces for petty reasons, promiscuity, abortion, homosexuality, transgerism, single-parent kids and such.

Coming back to God I spent a lot of time on atheist forums, challenging their views.
And one of the subjects that really drove me towards God was morality, so I have an idea of how atheists think about morality...
To be honest, some of them have an excellent understanding of morality. So much so that I like to use a definition that I got from one of them.

It defines an immoral act... An immoral act is one that causes harm/damage and is done consciously... Its pretty good and covers almost every situation but what about societal morals i would ask them. Ones like homosexuality. To them, there is no harm done so its ok... So that means bestiality is fine as well, they do their thing along without harming anyone... Oh they would start steaming or meltdown at that point... "NO ITS NOT THE SAME".

So I asked how they would decide what is moral and what isn't... They said a vote... So then in this society homosexuality is accepted whereas in past societies it was deemed immoral... Morals are like universal truths, they don't change according to peoples opinions, they remain as truths...

In order to sustain a society, each person must have at least one child, 2 for every couple. That doesn't happen when there is all this sexual immorality and society deteriorates.
