'Ksan is a historical village of the Gitxsan Aboriginal people in the Skeena Country of northwestern British Columbia, Canada. It is near Hazelton at the confluence of the Skeena and Bulkley Rivers. We are at their campsite. Awesome country up here.

@"ByGrace" Is your avatar you? I rarely put my own pic up there as the good ones are far and few between, lol. I am not photogenic so I usually will avoid camera...although, if with family or friends and they want me in the pic...I will...grudgingly do it.

Oh yes..this is me! Except this photo shows my hair darker than it really is.
It is a boring iron grey in reality. lol
Rollo hides himself behind a fake photo.

GodsGrace has had her own photo up from time to time. ...

We all feel differently about avatars I guess... I prefer the real thing.. :)

How are the mosquitoes there...after the rain last week...we need to weight ourselves down when we go out...if not we almost fly away with them...there are SOooo many mosquitoes here now.

Oh that's terrible! I have not even seen a mosquito yet, lol...NOT that I am complaining. I hope it tones down soon for you all. Not a fan of those things!

You have a kind face :). Nothing wrong with or boring about iron grey hair! Makes you STRONG like, well iron! lol. I might put a pic of me as a child with my fave teddy bear (they were All my faves :)) Lol.

A little history

...Sam Rayburn ... had died ...

Four presidents attended that funeral and they are shown below at the chapel service. John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson (future president) , Ike Eisenhower... and Harry Truman. This I believe is the most presidents to ever be gathered together at one time....

The Souls that are pasting photos here are posting their personal History's, I unfortunately have no Historic photo's from My History, My ex-brother cleaned house after my folk's passed. There is a place for political discussion on this Forum, But this is not IT!

I just want to Thank everyone on this thread, for expressing, and sharing your Histories, Some people do not have memories that they hold Dear, or they would post something other the political trash! As I shared with the book end, My brother kept all old photos after my folks passed. My Great Grandmother, came out to Calif, in a covered wagon, when she was 89 I was able to get Her to tell me Her story, and was able to record it on a mini casset!
