I find many judging others spirituality in which they are just as bad as the people they are trying to judge.

Jesus tells us to judge righteously

John 7:24
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

The only way to judge righteously is to compare what people do and say to what God's Word teaches.

He also warns that we will be judged with the judgement that we judge with (reap what we sow - Gal 6:7,8)

Matthew 7:2
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

So, if someone is believing or doing something that is obviously in opposition to what God's Word teaches... it's not "judging" them to point out what they believe or do is in opposition to what God's Word teaches

By the same token, we should apply God's Word to ourselves and we should actually judge ourselves

1 Corinthians 11:31
For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

The purpose of this is to submit ourselves to the Lord so that He does not have to judge us as spoken of in 1 Corinthians 11:32.... the Lord would much rather have us come to Him in submission and ask / believe for His leading / teaching so we can keep ourselves on the path that leads to life and not get off on the path that leads to death (separation from God)

Look who's preaching. Good tip!

Any and all things that are good... come from the Lord.

I'm not asking you to have a relationship with the Lord for me. You might want to revisit the question.

Perhaps you should revisit was I was saying before that... here's a refresher course:
A true minister of the true Gospel points people to the Lord, to have their own personal relationship with the Lord and to be taught His Word by THE Teacher Who is the Holy Spirit because each person should have the Lord first place in their heart... not some goofy preacher.

I do not like the transitions. I was speaking against the "Wicked" movie and my niece contradicted me and gave me the roll the eyes "it is no big deal look." So things biblically wrong must be addressed. My point is that if you address something biblically wrong do not be just as bad as the people you are judging!

That's why Jesus said get the beam out of our eyes first... so we can help others.

In your example you are absolutely correct in telling your niece that the wicked movie is satanic because it is.
In order for you to know that and be able to try and help her see that it's evil... you cannot also be a fan of the wicked movie while telling her to not be.

Which church?
Jesus gave the answer as 10 virgins, with 5 who are foolish.

Which "false doctrines"? All and each one of the more than 40 thousands sects, communities and religious institutions, beside all and each one of the independent individuals with personal interpretations who call themselves "Christian" have doctrinal differences in more than one biblical topic.
Those that stem from the destructive doctrines of false teachers foretold by Peter, and the lie foretold by Paul. I have already quoted the chapters and verses.

And still crazier is thinking that there is something that can be fixed in the confused religious part of this world... included Christendom with all it involves.

PS: JWs are not part of that.
5 (half) are foolish.

As for the Jehovah Witnesses, as it is written: all have been under restraint, and none were to know all truth and the mystery of God as He declared to His servants the prophets, until just before the end. Which time is only just now upon us.

I can't find any answers to my questions in that comment. Should I interpret your response as cryptic?hmn

It feels like an automated reply, as if generated by a machine rather than a human. I apologize, but I'm not keen on engaging in such a conversation.

Regardless, thank you for the effort. Maybe try connecting with someone else.

The quoted verses begin in my first post and continue throughout the rest of the thread. If you are going to complain and make accusations, you really should read the thread first.

Comprehension is from God.

Now look who's "thinking highly of themselves."

If one carefully considers what I wrote.... they would see that it's the Lord that is providing that which is good.

He put that good revelation in His Word for all to dine on... my reply had nothing to do with me at all.

Apparently not. Things are looking a whole lot like the time of Jesus' first coming, when the Priests, Leaders, and Pharisees thought they were beyond reproach. And when Jesus went about correcting them, the established leaders rejected Him.

Then came the times of the church and of "the spirit of anti-Christ already at work" during those early days when Jesus had "somewhat against" 5 out of the 7 churches mentioned in Revelation; Peter foretold of "false teachers" bringing "destructive doctrines" into the church; and Paul foretold the believing of a "lie" causing "strong delusion" and great apostacy. And yet few if any seem to have taken it to heart--that corrections would need to come, or the church would be found apostate.

And worse, most seem determined to defend those foretold realities of false doctrines on a grand scale, to the death.

It is absolutely crazy that there is such a disregard for the warnings--when they too are written and true!
and what did we expect would result in this HEY LITTLE JOHNNY what does that scrip mean to you

For some, it's not enough to quote the scriptures, not enough to declare revelation from God, or to receive correction. So be it--so let it be written.
THEY DID THIS scott and worse much of christendom loved to have it so .
THIS So called take GOD out of the box
this so called seeker friendly junk
this so called sit people down in aroom , ask each about a scripture
THEN when each oneanswers , just say GOOD JOB .
THEY DID THIS scott and as i wrote afore MANY LOVED TO HAVE IT SO .
THEN it kept repeating , wash rinse repeat as every time more leaven came in
THE cRY as JUDGE NOT , OPINIONS MATTER , each one has DIFFERENT views , DONT JUDGE .
THEY BRAINWASHED THE CHRUCH SCOTT
they turned ABoSLUTE truth into LIQUID and NOW , NOW UNDER INTERFAITH and that false love
THEY RESHAPED IT , INTO a fake love that all will see AS ABSOLUTE TRUTH . we got no idea what happend
BUT WE SURE SEEM TOSTILL be under the spell of JUDGE NOT CORRECT NOT .
cause every time i warn , ITS JUDGE NOT , JUDGE NOT
THE church keeps on doing the same junk and expecting a different result .
JUDGE NOT CORRECT NOT , HEY SCOTT , IT DONT WORK . WE MUST FLEE IT and start warning and start correcting

Rev 10:9-11 I went to the angel, telling him to give me the little book. He said to me, “Take it, and eat it up. It will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.” (10) I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth. When I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter. (11) They told me, “You must prophesy again over many peoples, nations, languages, and kings.”

Why should anyone believe the little book given to John was one you wrote????

Because, if you can receive it, the scriptures give witness to it, which I have sighted in many places.

as with every Word of the LORD the dire warnings are meant for our good .
If we take notice YES GOD WARNED big time ,
but why . HE warned first so as they would repent and not BE destroyed .
the problem in large today is , MOST try and disregaurd the warnings and behave as though
GOD aint like that at all anymore as they embrace this diverse rainbow koran holding image of what they think
is GOD . Todays version of GOD sounds NOTHING like HIS own words declare .
AND YET there is real good reason as to why GOD corrects why HE warns . HE desires NOT the death
of the wicked but rather they repent .

Rather than heeding the warnings , rather than repenting
They throw out the severity of GOD .
Its got so bad that now today , they even believe souls who fail to believe on JESUS wont perish .
PAUL wrote well when he wrote and said BEHOLD BOTH
the GOODNESS and SEVERITY of GOD .
