Could he sin Fred?

If you say yes, then he had sins flesh

If you say no, you believe is a puppet show!

True.

How did God condemn sin Fred? Read Romans 8:1-3

The Son of Man did!

Both verses show God promised His Son "Life" and when God raised him he was given it!

BUT Fred it was God his Father who raised him and it was his Fathers Glory which gave him life.

The discussion have taken a turn and heading nowhere, and is like, he said, she said, hence 'sarcasm' the fruit from the 'shortsighted'.

True born again and disciple by the Holy Bible context doctrine and given wisdom readers able to distinguish between the 'spirit of truth' and 'spirit of error'.

Another one twisting my words-you’re on the losing end face-to-face, F2F.
I deleted all the copy and paste text to see if you are an honest person or a deciever and a liar?

What is it!

Son to Servant

or

God to Servant

Don't copy and paste in your answer.

Be honest Johann

@Johann

Let me help you.

The context of that passage, as stated, is that Christ "took upon him the form of a servant" (vs. 7)

If the Son took on servitude, what is the semblance or demeanour of a slave?

Do you know the Christ J.

Sorry, I’m not here to be interrogated. You’ve left many questions unanswered, and your doctrine regarding the Deity of Christ Jesus is incorrect, plain and simple.

This commandment have I received of My FATHER, that He is permitted to declare what He is able to do by Himself besides the FATHER.

The power He is mentioning is not the power of the Holy Ghost, but His own power to lay it down and take it again. And the glory He left behind for the sake of man who are destined for judgement and condemnation.

Am done with you 'twister' and 'twisted', no thank you.

No mention of the commandment?

“I can do nothing on my own. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is just, because I seek not my own will but the will of him who sent me. John 5:30

You have much to learn Fred.

Can you explain how Christ can have his own will? If he is God?

Not my will but yours be done!

No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”

Fred, if you believe Jesus did things according to his own will you are in error.

Those who have been persuaded to adopt the lie as truth, do not want to see anything other than what they have been led to believe….
That means a lot coming from a JW.
Perhaps there is more than one view of things?

Are we allowed to discuss this again?

Remember what the Trinity doctrine actually postulates: That the reality we call "God" consists of three hypostases of a single ousia. Three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; one underlying reality, God.

"Will" is an aspect of personhood. Jesus is a Person with His own distinct will. "Nevertheless, not my will, but thine be done". (Luke 22:42)

Don't understand hypostasis and homoousion? Me neither. Persons are something I can relate to. And I'm no longer arrogant enough to think I could understand the nature of God.

Like I said I would be surprised if it wasn't locked up soon.
Hypostases carries so many issues where does one start?
Romans 8:1-3; Hebrews 2:14-17; Romans 6:9 and we can go on and on..all of 1 Corinthians 15 - All of the Servant Prophecies in Isaiah.
"Will" is an aspect of personhood. Jesus is a Person with His own distinct will. "Nevertheless, not my will, but thine be done". (Luke 22:42)
I was hoping Johann or Fred would comment but they are licking their wounds.
Correct, if Christ was raised up in Sins Flesh then we would expect him to have a Will contrary to his Father, a will Christ allowed God to break (crucify)
Don't understand hypostasis and homoousion? Me neither.
No one does! This is what happens when you introduce an external teaching, it creates confusion.
Persons are something I can relate to. And I'm no longer arrogant enough to think I could understand the nature of God.
God is Yahweh and Jesus is the Son of God and the Son of Man - those in the NT who undestood his purpose called him "Son of David" for two reasons.

1. Kingship
2. A son after the Flesh

To this day Jesus still calls himself "the root and descendant of David" Rev 22:16; Isaiah 11:1, 10 & Romans 15:12

The introduction of Neo-Platonian thought was done because it was necessary to reconcile the conflicting claims of Jesus's divinity in John, Colossians, 1 Corinthians, Philippians, et. al. with traditional non-negotiable Jewish monotheism. We either deal with the contradiction, deny the NT says what it says, abandon any pretense of Biblical inerrancy, or live with the cognitive dissonance.

You mean post resurrection right?
