There is a choosing that God does, and those are the ones who believe as God changes their hearts by making them born of God.
They are called the elect. All who believe are the elect, and all who are elect will believe.

They are also being made into the image of Jesus,by the power from within our hearts.

Everything about the elect imo ,is to Glorify the Father..to emulate Jesus..they have been set apart , to use, as God chooses to use them..to show the mighty power of God, that is within his children.

Let the heart of Jesus reign in our hearts...just my thoughts.

There is no question imo, that a Born Again will be changed and transformed into the image of Jesus.

Because the Holy Spirit is at work within their hearts...it’s inevitable that we surrender fully to him.

Romans 9, God's will is not ultimately resistible, but yes, we can resist Him for a while, but we don't come out unscathed from that.

18 Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens.

19 You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?” 20 But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?”

Hebrews 9 speaks of those God called to be saved, the personal call not the general call to the world to repent and believe.

Christ is the Great Shepherd of the sheep, He is their High Priest.

Romans 9, those God personally calls by making them a part of His family, and really that is what it means to be born of God, He is now your Father...and you are His child, you are a child of God, God gives to Christ His children, which means His foreknown to Him people will believe in His Son.

23 and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, 24 even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

They were God's as in they were foreknown by God as His own people, and God gave those people to Christ to believe in His Son.
God has foreknowledge, plans, will and purposes and does everything according to what He know He will do in the future.
God has perfect knowledge of all things, and God has a determined plan He created at the beginning of time.

2 Thessalonians 2

13 But we are [f]bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through [g]sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, 14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our [h]epistle.

Before I start seriously reading someones theology, I look for a few qualifying features.

Firstly are they relating in a way that one recognises the Fruit of the Spirit.

Second do they have a sound understanding of the Character of God.

Lastly is their theology learned from second hand sources or caught from The Living Word.

Can you give some assurance that you can be trusted in these three areas ?

So lets examine this . Did you know that satan can even quoate the fruits of the Spirit
and yet he will use bad versions of said words .
Just one example is he will use the word love . yet his version will fit a love of the world pattern
not the LOVE of GOD .
So as you said we need to recognized THE ACTUAL FRUIT of the SPIRIT .
And what is the Fruit of the Spirit . It is in all GOODNESS , Righteousness , and TRUTH
always proving what is ACCEPTABLE to GOD . now remember sins are not acceptable to GOD
nor is any other broad path non JESUS believing way to HIM .
Remember that LOVE , aka Charity would have REJOICED in TRUTH , not in a lie , not in inquity .
That be the KEY . Does this version of LOVE they bring agree with the Words of CHRIST and the apostels ,
to that pattern in all things ,which includes correction . OR does it contradict and try and downplay
and even omit Such words of TRUTH and reminders .
IS one operating under the POWER and influence of the SPIRIT , or is it another sensual spirit
that uses the name of the LORD and yet sure seems to omit , twist , add too or take from THE Truth .
Satan is sneaky and he sure knows how to deceive . How so , HE do it through the flesh of man , the carnal mind of man
and what he says pleases the man and his own hearts desires . But the lambs do not hear the voice of a stranger
FOR the HOLYGOD and HIS CHRIST , HIS SPIRIT has changed them and given them a new heart .
ANY guesses on WHO that new heart DESIRES to PLEASE . is it man or is it GOD . ITS GOD . THEY LOVE HIS HOLY WORDS

Unto those who believe not and heed not the call THERE BE NO SACRFICE FOR SINS only a fiery judgment awaits them .
Have you noticed that specially in these last days and hours
a call is being made and man has that call through a false love made the path to GOD very very and i mean very BROAD .
They often holler all day GOD is love
and will make speeches about HOW GOD created all and that HE desires the death of none
But rather than POINTING THEM to GODS OWN PLAN of how to be saved and not perish
THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE JUST because GOD IS LOVE and Just because HE desires none to perish
that means ALL are fine as is no matter what or who they beleived . WHAT A LIE that is my friend .
And i only know of one who is the liar and the father of lies and that one
DOES DESIRE THE DEATH OF ALL thus he gonna change the version of the LOVE OF GOD
into a big ol sin accepting many path , believe as thou wilt LIE that leads only to the second death .

ONE word seems to be missing from satans interfaith .
BELIEVE . that word sure seems to be MISSING in these last days and hours upon this earth .
and when i say last days and hours , LOOK AROUND , it is the last days and hours this ol earth is ever gonna see or have lived in .
THE COMING of the KING draws ever nigh and NEW heavens and new earth , WHICH PRAISE GOD I DO LOOK FORWARD TOO ,
are a coming . Visualize THAT . i have but barely even tasted
of that which is to come , AND MAN about all i have to say is five words . EVEN SO COME LORD JESUS . what a day
