We have bicycle city cops here. Last summer they pulled over a Smart driver.
I saw it happen while I was walking to the library.
The guys tooling along and on his passenger side there's this young girl officer knocking on his window and pointing for him to pull over.
Thank God it was a one way street.

I've watched that happen too.
Never witnessed this though.
I've driven on this bridge. A friend who sometimes rides with me keeps their eyes closed the whole time. Scared to death of bridges.
