Do you know the origin of the word "Jehovah"? That this is not a Biblical name of God? It was devised by the Masoretic scribes by taking the consonants from YHWH and adding the vowel points from adonai. They did this not to "reveal God's real name", they did it so that when someone came to that word in the Hebrew text, that they wouldn't be able to, and wouldn't be tempted to try, to pronounce God's Name. They considered it too holy for anyone to say or think.

So the reality is that "Jehovah" is not God's revealed Name, it's a word that was created specifically for the purpose of PREVENTING people from knowing God's revealed Name. Were you aware of this?

Of course He can make His Name known, and He has, in inspired Scripture, it is Ἰησοῦς , which we transliterate Iēsous, and appears in modern Bibles as Jesus. The pronounciation of "J" was changed, and the English translations were not updated, and the "J" has persisted.

Ἰησοῦς is the one Name given under heaven by which men must be saved. This is the God Who purchased the church with His Own blood.
