The lies about gen 6

Some made good point if the sons of God in Gen 6 are fallen angels and have offspring with the daughters of men then the offspring would Have to obey the commandments and honor fallen angels! Is that even possible?

If all scripture is for knowledge and understanding so that we may grow in the Lord, what does Genesis 6 teach us that we need in order to grow?

Personally, I don’t see any spiritual value if the understanding is Spiritual Angels rebelled and had fornication with human women to grow giants. But I do see spiritual value if the sons of God were Seth’s line that left their first estate with God and began to mix with the seed of man. Aren’t we cautioned all throughout the Bible to not mix? Be equally yoked. What does light have to do with darkness? To separate yourselves from the world and on and on…Real spiritual significance.

The old world was punished when they mixed. The Jews were punished when they mixed.
We are told not to mix.
I see a pattern forming. Just my 2 cents

That makes no sense. Seth was the seed of a man himself. The only entities labeled in scripture as sons of God in the OT were angels. In the NT, we see that Adam was also called a son of God since he had no human parentage. In the NT, we as believers in Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of God, are given power to become the sons of God.

Are we to assume that Michal had children after she died?

Until only states that they had no relation up to that point, the Bible does not say they had sex ever, before or after that point!

You're entitled to your own opinion, so am I. Angels can be human or heavenly. It depends on the context and that is the argument here. IMHO, Seth was a son of God, as was Adam, Christ and many today. If you cannot understand that we are to be equally yoked and throughout the word, people were to abstain from the other nations and peoples so that they wouldn’t harlot themselves…then perhaps google can help.

The sons of God were all humans created on the 6th day. Adam disobeyed and was no longer a son of God. It was Adam's dead corruptible offspring that corrupted all those sons of God who chose to get involved in Adam's dead corruptible flesh and blood.
